NORTHERN TREE SVC

The owners of the business are personable. However, we made the mistake of paying them before the job was completed (our bad!) and have had difficulty getting them to come back and finish the job in a timely manner. Their crew drove over one of the light posts in our backyard with their truck, smashing the glass in the fixtures and ruining the fixture which will be hard to replace. We will probably have to replace both so they match and will have to pay an electrician to install. This is going to cost several hundred dollars. They tried to say they had dismantled the light fixture and set it aside. They also smashed an outdoor bench and tried to pretend they did not do that either. They left a stump about 3-4 feet high, cut another stump too high and left a tree that we have been patiently waiting for them to pick up. We call, they promise to come but they do not come.

I got an estimate on a Saturday, and they were back in a couple of days to do the work. I was having a chimney installed and was on a deadline, Northern went out of their way to get it done quickly. Very friendly and accommodating.
