Very professional, provided estimate the day before starting work and outlined any "what if's" in the event additional work may be needed, showed up during agreed start time, cleaned up area, explained how new install worked, invoice came in exactly as estimated, ran all sinks and toilets before leaving to make sure water pressure was good, took the time to recheck all work before leaving, hauled away old water heater, estimated time to complete job was spot on, reasonable rates. I highly recommend James Greene Plumbing for all your plumbing projects.
