I use them all the time. They are very trustworthy. On price, again it is probably typical plumber prices in my area, which is the NYC Metro area, everything tends to be pricey. I have not done a lot of comparison, but it is probably in line. The price is probably fair. I am assuming it is in line. I live in a really expensive area, so everything is really costly, including services like that. I would use them again.

I am not comfortable with grading on price. It is what it is. The work is good, it is not cheap, but I don't think anybody around here would be cheap. The water heater itself is expensive. If I lived in a rural area it probably wouldn't have cost as much. I would them again. I have been using them for years.

When Joe is done working, the only evidence that he was there is that your plumbing issue is resolved. He does a professional job, cleans up everything, takes away the old parts and leaves your house the way it was before he came. Just about everyone else I hire leaves cleanup work when they are done. Not Joe! Will definitely call him when I have plumbing or heating issues in the future.

Joe did a great job as usual. Third time using him and will continue to do so.

Joe was very professional and extremely neat while performing his work plus Honest. I thought a valve needed to be replaced and joe explained that the valve was fine and that replacement was not necessary.

I can't speak highly enough of this provider. I discovered a gas leak, and the utility shut down my gas. I brought in another provider for an estimate. They told me it would be $1500, plus they would need to rip out my ceiling, plus they said there were a bunch of other upgrades I simply had to have or the utility would never turn my gas on again. Total cost close to $3000. I was referred to Joe at ASAP by a neighbor. He came right over, looked at it, and got to work. He uninstalled cabinetry, found the leak, and went to great lengths to repair it without damaging my ceiling at all, let alone ripping it out. He was clever and persistent. In 3 hours, the job was done. He reinstalled the cabinets, cleaned up until the place was spotless, and handed me a bill for under $600. The utility company complimented me on what a good job he had done, and asked for his name to refer to other customers.

The only difficulties that explain the and quot;fairand quot; ratings above were: the first appointment scheduled was cancelled by the plumber two hours after the scheduled time ( I had taken off from work to meet him); the second appointment three days later was kept; the price was quite high for the work that was performed in our opinion, but we had not asked for quotes. (At that point we were desperate having been without a water softener for 2 weeks in an area with the hardest water in the country.)

ASAP was the 3rd try and he was very polite and professional. He offered to come that nigh,t but I didn't see the need and he came promptly on Saturday. He arrived when he said he would and fixed the problem right away. On the phone prior to his visit he was very up front about the OT cost for his services on the weekend and told me that I could save money by having him come on Monday. A summer weekend without water, however, was more rugged than I would prefer and I bit the bullet for the overtime. It was well worth it.

These are good people that I have worked with for years. There have never been any problems with their work. I have used them for so many jobs I cant even keep track. At the time of the installation, there was a lot of remodeling going on in my home. They are just a great company to work with. They were friendly and made sure to answer all of our questions. I am pleased with their service.

WELL I PERSONALLY HAVE KNOWN HIM SINCE HE WAS BORN. HE'S A FAMILY MAN. HE'S VERY HONEST. HE COMES IN AND LAYS PAPER DOWN. HE DOESN'T MAKE A MESS AND KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING.
