The face of the cabinet that's somewhat solid wood which is something I wanted and that they literally walk from my house so that's why I ended up using them. They were the best price I found in here and they're still pretty good. Everybody who came here was very professional.

Weeks of calling unresponsive customer service representatives almost ran out the clock with our warranty! We were finally told that the dishwasher would be replaced, but in order for it to be delivered we had to finally go to the Stony Brook Store. The customer service representatives were unhelpful, and the store manager was disrespectful and actually became disagreeable to the point of our having to walk out of the store. My advice: Use Home Depot! Their service is much better, and the employees are more professional! Since that time, we tried contacting the home office of Lowe's, but to no avail. We were not able to get any satisfaction, as far as an apology for the rude treatment from store employees. We are very disappointed!

The people are good to work with. They are very attentive and helpful.

They were very nice. I bought the refrigerator from one store and got extended warranty information about the unit from another store. I got good information from the department manager on the extended warranty and I was very happy with it; I thought they were an excellent store. I shopped two other stores and their price was the best around; they also gave me the best service. Within two days after purchase I had a new refrigerator and they came when they said they would.

Well I kept it for 3 months with ongoing problems with the unit, not the store. After the 3 months they simply took back the Cub Cadet and provided transportation for it!

They sales man was nice. He was informative and could tell me the ins and outs of the appliances. I Took the six month same as cash rebate. They delivered on the date agreed upon.
