Kel-Rob Electric

Kel-Rob installed my electrical system for an unground swimming pool 2 years ago. When opening the pool this year in May 2024, there was no electricity to the heater. After calling, emailing, texting and even reaching out to the pool contractor who recommended them, Ken-Rob never returned my calls. I waited for a month understanding they might be busy. They have no followup customer service. Extremely unprofessional. Any company who installs and charges thousands of dollars should stand behind their work and obviously Ken-Rob doesn't. Save yourself the aggravation and choose a different electrician.

Kel-Rob was hired by Modern Comfort Pools my pool installers. I would never use Kel-Rob again, for their unreliability, unprofessional customer service, and no return of messages when there’s issues.

They were very professional, and finished the job promptly. Probably the only thing that went smoothly on the project.

The contractor referred the electrician and let us deal directly with the electrician since he was already there. Kel Rob Electric did a great job and it was a pleasure dealing with them. The owner explained different options as well as cost of each. I am so happy that I found a contractor I can use in the future and trust. I also found an electrician that I can use and trust as well.

The owner is very professional and punctual. He looked at the job and gave me a price of the worst case scenerio and what actual would be if only what was suspected was wrong. Once the job started and completed, the price was a few hundred dollars less. Due to him getting a discount on a few of the light that i selected. I am so happy with his work I have him coming back after the holidays to do some interior work. He was referral by my contractor.
