G & G HOUSE OF WHEELS

Really, really well! In the past we have struggled to find reliable, good service for our outdoor equipment. G&G did everything we asked, kept us informed, and at least the snow blower works perfectly! (Haven't had a chance to try the back up generator...fortunately...or the lawn mower...mow snow???) I am 100% pleased with their work and will continue to call on them for any servicing needed on our outdoor equipment. It's a pleasure and a relief to find service people who can be relied upon and trusted!

The technician picked up the tractor (when he said he would), the technician doing the repairs called with a diagnosis and an estimate (when he said he would) for my verbal authorization to proceed, the actual cost matched the estimate, and he did little extras (such as checking all systems, filling the tires, and topping off the oil)--the tractor looked like new when it came back (when they said it would). The machine ran beautifully all season, and in fact felt and quot;tighterand quot; and seemed to work better than it had when it was delivered, assembled, in its crate from the manufacturer.

The mower started fine at the beginning of the season, but somehow the mower deck got frozen in place and wouldn't lower or engage blade rotation. Chris had someone come out the next day and pick up the tractor, and it was delivered, fixed, yesterday. I mowed our 2 acres yesterday afternoon and the machine works better than it did when I unpacked it from the shipping crate 2 years ago. In addition to fixing the mower deck, the G&G technician cleaned was was dirty, tightened what was loose, and generally just paid meticulous attention to my tractor's good operation. I think $150 is a great bargain for all that.
