I contacted them and they were here the next day and had the job done in an hour. very nice crew and did a clean job. cost was right in the ballpark of where home advisor said it should cost. would definitely use them again.

Called me immediately after I submitted the request. Showed up in under 24 hours to install new wiring for an electric range instead of an existing gas range. I thought I would have to wait weeks for someone to come, and I’m pleasantly surprised that I didn’t. He communicated well, was friendly, and was able to also install the range, even though I hadn’t originally asked him to. He and his employees wore masks the entire time at my request, which I appreciated. I will definitely call him again for future projects.

Needed a breaker replaced for a tenant. With half their apartment dark, and no AC during the hottest stretch of the year. Shannon was fast and professional. Would 100% use them again.

The repairmen did an excellent job with the task. They were polite and very professional. The management side of the company could use some customer service improvements in communicating with the customer. While I realize they have a policy where it may take longer than expected on a job before they could get to me, but when I was scheduled for 9 am for them to come over, and when that did not happen, because they were busy on a job, I feel that the manager/owner should have called me to explain the situation, instead of my calling 5gem 2 times to ask if and when they may be coming. A simple message as, yes, they are coming today, but it will be at least 4 or more hours until they can get there. Instead I was left in the dark wondering what happened and if, let alone 2hen they may show up. This is a very poor way to treat a customer.
