Good work even called and showed up early

The team arrived uninvited and unannounced at my door before I had the opportunity to review the bids and hire someone. Since our issue was a potential safety concern, I overlooked that and allowed them in. They never asked if I wanted to hire them, simply started working. Again, I allowed this, though it all seemed quite unprofessional. I'm not certain they introduced themselves. Within twenty minutes, they had changed an outlet box, and assured me this was the issue, despite the fact that our original issue was a circuit in the fuse box that kept flipping, and which produced a bright popping spark when reset. I was charged $162.75, and it was suggested that we move the microwave to another outlet, since the refrigerator was using the same one. (Edit: my son informs me the refrigerator and microwave have never been plugged into the same outlet, so this advice was unneeded). However, 20 minutes after the men left, I heard the breaker flip. I was able to reset it, but there didn't seem to be power to the microwave. (Edit: my son, who noticed the original problem and moved the refrigerator to ensure it had power until repairs could be effected, says that the cords he had plugged in were unplugged and left that way, with no notice given). It flipped several more times - then produced the same bright popping spark I originally contacted HomeAdvisor about. I am extremely dissatisfied, and found this team unprofessional on nearly every level. I have a new outlet box that is useless without the circuit breaker, and $162.75 less in my bank account. (Edit: my money was refunded early the day following my posting this review. A note was sent that said they were sorry and have refunded their fee, but are very busy and could not reschedule until mid-September. Before I could post my edited review, as I told them in my communication with them I would do if they issued a refund, I received a second message that read, "I refunded your money!!!" This entire episode has a feel of pettiness to it that I find personally very unsavory. I know that others have had very positive experiences with this company, so perhaps I was unfortunate to deal with them on an off day. However, I can't in good conscience raise my rating, or recommend them to anyone else).

Very professional, knowledgeable and reasonable. Only downside is I should’ve hired them along time ago! Shannon and his team were awesome. Would definitely recommend them and hire them again.

This company was great, reviewed everything with me and advised me on steps to address long term issues. Also, they arrived two hours early which when your power is out is a huge help and relief.

I went on Home Advisor on a Friday and they responded immediately. They did the work the next day for a very reasonable amount. I thought I needed a larger amp service because a new pool pump was tripping the circuit breaker when I used other appliances. Instead, they just put in a larger circuit box and eliminated doubled and triples up circuits in the old box...saving me money...a larger amp service would have been much more. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism.
