Upstate contacted me within a minute of my putting in a request for electrical help. Although he had a full day, he was at my home the next day. It took quite a while to locate the burned out switch.They had to search every level of the house. I am happy to report that all the lights are now burning bright in our home thanks to their perseverance in locating the problem.

Shannon and his assistant, whose name I unfortunately do not remember, did an excellent job. I would have given 5 stars overall instead of 4.5 except for the fact that no cost estimate or service charge information was provided when I made my service reservation.

I would hire these guys again and I will. The work they did is neat and very well laid out. Shannon was professional when I told him I wanted to check his references he was very accommodating. They worked quickly and I felt the price was fair. I had them install 2 new circuits with some outlets and a light with light switch. Everything looks and works great.

I ha an outage for my entire living room and adjacent hall. Shannon diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and advised me to have another outlet installed for safety reasons.
