They just happened to be in my neighborhood and showed up, gave me an estimate and provided the service in under 20 mins. The owner was very knowledgeable and even had multiple convienent pay options.

Well I raelly wanted a handy person to do the job. I couldnt really afford an electrician to replace a ceiling light. he first gave me a quote of $100.00, then it went up to $125.00, then ended up at $135.00 which he left without even giving me the price. He first said he wanted cash, then ended up doing it by credit, and just took the number without saying a word about the amount, then left. I had to run out and catch them before they left. I asked him for a receipt and he took quite a bit of time writing one out, like he wasnt pleased with my request. I feel like I should be refunded the $35.00 over the initial quote. They took quite a while doing the job making sounds like it was a complicated thing and then they got arguing a bit. It was ridiculous. They came so fast I felt swooped in on. I was a little confused because I had set up an appointment with another guy and only was seeing long numbers as their I.D. which should not be-you need to use their names in the texts so we know who we are talking to because it all happens so fast. I am glad its done and over, but it was an aggravating experience.

Responded in 10 minutes or so, showed up the next day right on time, fixed the problem quickly and thoroughly. Couldn't ask for more. Would definitely recommend!
