+ -1 moreThey did a really good job. They came when they said they would and gave me a price which I agreed and that was the price I paid. He took his time and did a good job. When I spoke to him on what needed to be done, he pretty much knew what was speaking about and gave me an estimate. He came in with another person and worked for about 2 hours and I thought they did a really good job.
Description of Work: They cleaned all the fabric in my furniture like couch, recliner, foot rest and chairs.

Description of Work: Paul cleaned the living room, dining area, the landing, 13 steps going upstairs, the upper landing and hallway. He always does a great job, rakes everything before leaving and uses the most wonderful vanilla on the carpets so that the enzimes don't smell while drying. My home is on a slab so it is very important to me that he has a truck mount and that he is able to extract as much moisture as possible out of the carpets. He also does a very good job on scatter rugs and upholstery (although they didn't need to be done during that visit). We have called him for flood emergencies too and he was quick to respond. I was always pleased with service from Mighty Clean Carpet Cleaning.

+ -1 moreI had a coffee stain on an almost new off-white carpet. I tried to clean it per the manufacturers instructions but the stain remained. I called Mighty Clean and set up a service call for Paul with Mary. She gave me advice on what to do to prevent the stain to set while waiting for Paul to come on a day that worked for our schedule. He did a great job and the stain was not apparent. About a week later the stain started to reappear. I called back and Paul was great. He came over and worked his magic on the carpet spending quite a bit of time to make sure that the stain was really out from the deepest part of the carpet. Happily, it has not returned.

+ -1 moreThey have a lot invested in their company. They drive a big van with everything in it. I have never been disappointed with them, and that's why I have been using them for 5 or 6 years. I had an emergency once and they came right away.

+ 0 moreTHE GUY THAT COMES OUT TO DO THE WORK IS THE ONE WHO OWNS THE COMPANY AND HE PUTS A LOT OF PRIDE IN HIS COMPANY AND DOES A GOOD JOB. IT'S GOOD QUALITY WORK. HE DOESN'T TRY TO CUT CORNERS, HE CLEANS EVERYTHING HE IS SUPPOSED TO.
