Brant Dean

He started and took his time but made it perfect for what was needed. We ended up having him do some electrical work. He had another worker with him most of the time. He cleaned up after himself. We couldn't be happier.

Overall, he is great! Could not have asked for a better guy. He was on time, honest, prepared, and did a wonderful job doing the wiring. He gave us a total of what it might cost at max. and they didn't go over it. There was two people working for two days. They first do all the wiring and then they come back later when we put the drywall up so they could put the lights up for us. I would say he went out of his way for us to make sure it was how we wanted it to be. And he fit us in, in his VERY busy work week. So not to hold up our DIY basement makeover. So I do not hold against him that it may take a few days to get back or he didn't pop right over. It is just him. He did the job much faster then any other place was willing to try to do.

Project went well from start to finish. From his approx estimate of cost and cleanup at end.. A+++++ guy.

Mr. Dean came by to see what I needed done. He was to get back to me with an estimate for a new exterior garage walkthrough door, among other things, and I never heard from him again.

It was excellent. He was very personable, upfront, and accommodating. He was easy to work with. I would absolutely use him in the future.

He was terrific. He was very nice to work with. He came when he said he would. He worked hard and had a good attitude. He did good work. He was very reasonable in his price. He was much less for all the things he did than what we expected. We kept his card on our bulletin board to call him again.

I did not use him and I don't remember the reason for not using him. He seemed nice enough but maybe I got a better estimate which I don't remember. He was pleasant and professional. I get the estimates and pick the person that I can afford or pick one of the lower priced people. I don't always go with the cheapest estimate but I factor in the personality, punctuality and the price. I probably would not use him because I am pretty sure that his price was high.

I contacted Brant based on information I read here. I found out right from the beginning that he is very busy. He came to look over what I needed to have done and told me that if I didn't hear from him by the end of the week with an estimate that I should call him. He lets you know up front that he might not get to everything right away. You need to have patience but it is well rewarded. Both he and his helper are hard workers. They do a good job and make sure everything is cleaned up each day before they leave. You can be sure the work will be done correctly down to the smallest detail. Both men are friendly and pleasant and are easy to work with. Being a woman I am always a bit hesitant to hire someone but I never felt I was being taken advantaged of. One thing I should mention is that I had already purchased some of the materials such as the fan and outdoor lights so those did not factor in to the overall cost.

I could not use Mr Dean because I was on a tight schedule, I would still consider using him in the future

I was more than pleased with the work and would definietly hire him again.

He worked with my crazy schedule, got the door replaced and trimmed out in a day.

It went great, Brant is a real help! He doesn't provide sophisticated, computerized invoicing, but it is clear that Brant is a very hard worker and committed to his customers.

I contacted Brant based on prior Angies List comments and he is everything the others said he was. The floor installation is almost done and I find Brant responsive, cheerful and pleasant to work with, highly competent, honest, well-priced, and I would recommend him highly, except I want him to spend more time working in my home and not to move to new customers too quickly! We have discussed more work, which will include sheetrocking/spackling, painting, etc. I have been doubling up with another contractor at the same time, who told me he'd hire Brant to work with him on building his own house, which is the best confirmation of my own gut feeling that I can think of.

The repair job was completed as described in a timely fashion. Cosmetic work to the ceiling and the painting was completed as expected with great results. I am very happy with the work. It has been several months since the repair and I have no problems with water leaks or drips again. The paint coverage is also excellent. There is no bleeding through of any staining or mold.

The quality of work was excellent and completed when promised. The area was cleaned of construction debris after.

It went well. He was able to get the panel installed correctly, and repaired the damage done by the previous contractor. Considering he had never done this kind of installation before, he did very well. The price was quite reasonable.

He did an excellent job. The floors look great and exceeded our expectations. He also did a great job with the floor transitions. He finished the job on time and on budget. Brant is polite, friendly, and flexible.

All went well, worked in two locations over a three day period.

He did a lot of house repairs for me. He did about 7 or 8 different things for me. He is very reliable. He did some electrical work, some plumbing work, and some interior painting work. He replaced some windows for me. I thought he was great. He was reliable and did what he was going to do. His cost was reasonable. I spent about $600 on the job, which included materials. I will definitely use his services again in the future.

Brant made it possible to sell our home. He is a true professional. He is friendly, prompt, and hard working. He is also a perfectionist. Everything he fixed looks spectactular. He is very neat and cleaned any work mess at the end of the day. He even brought his own rug to lay down near the door to clean his feet as he made trips to and from his work vehicle. We trusted him enough to give him a key to our home to work when we were not there. You will not find another person who does such quality work for such an affordable price. We will definitely call on Brant for any future home improvement projects.

While there was a bit of a delay in replacing these doors because Mr. Dean seems to be extremely busy, the work was done completely in one day. He did an Absolutely Excellent Job!! While I don't use these doors every day, I still get a thrill every time I turn the door knobs or lock them. They work so well. Both doors and frames were in quite poor condition and Mr. Dean had to replace most of both frames and sills.
