+ -1 moreHelper promptly at site at 06:45, and work started promptly at 07:00. No front money wanted - "sign of a possibly unreliable contractor". Works steadily and plans work ahead well. Very few false steps. Cleans up after self fairly well. Not the cheapest, but one of the best I have dealt with. Gave me hints on how to make it a better job. Provided names of materials suppliers when custom exterior window casing and trim materials needed. GS ripped / beveled / sanded the planed lumber I obtained from one of his suggested contacts. He bought back from me some of the unused planed lumber I had purchased for another job of his. Commented on other work in progress when asked.
Description of Work: At residence, installed furring strips in two bedrooms and hallway for subsequent sheetrock by others in 210-year old house. Revised five window openings for replacement windows, set / shimmed all windows. Fabricated and installed new custom-fit exterior window trim for ten (10) nine windows. At church rectory, demolished / replaced porch with extensive heavy railing system. Recommended TREX synthetic decking and plastic trim for maintenance reduction.

+ 1 moreGary Sharp and his subcontractors were timely, professional, competent. I have mobility issues and they made sure to keep the site passable or they were there to assist me. We love the new addition to the property. The 'bridge' joining the garage to the house is lovely.
Description of Work: Gary Sharp Builders built a new garage with an accessible ramp to our home. The project involved excavating and regrading the front yard. We absolutely love this addition to our property
