Description of Work: CMV contacted me promptly and Brian came out as scheduled. Found and repaired my roof and some trim that was damaged by wind. They understand roofing/exteriors and I'd certainly use them again.

Description of Work: Showed up exactly ion time for roof inspection and minor repairs purchased on Angie's List. Pleasant and professional, but only really inspected from outside and did some minor caulking and cleaning. Visit lasted about 45 minutes. Really had little to report on a new roof which had an obsure but recurring minor leakage problem.

Description of Work: Since we are considering purchasing the house we rent, we wanted a roof inspection. Brian showed up early and performed some minor repairs and will get back to us with a formal quote on roof work. He was knowledgeable and professional. In addition to the inspection price of $199 which included minor repairs, we paid $160 additional for materials.

Description of Work: It was an Angie's deal for a roof check,with minor repairs... We had to reschedule twice due to weather, but the woman who did the scheduling was very pleasant, and helpful.. All went well, and the technician showed me photos of possible problems, and it is obvious I was lucky to check out this deal.. Great experience.

Description of Work: They checked and corrected minor (e.g. loose nails, debris) problems over the entire roof and temporarily sealed the gaps caused by ice back up to the flashing along one of the dormers. Water had seeped into the house and damaged the Living Room ceiling. The technician was prompt, polite and helpful. |I will have this company give me an estimate to permanently correct the problem and also to repair the ceiling.
