The workers were very hard working and unobtrusive. Brian did everything to keep our ib under budget.

Brian did a small bathroom remodel for us. I had a vision of exactly what I wanted. Most importantly was a curbless shower having the same floor tile inside and outside the shower. They stated this was something they had never done before but looked into it and said they could do it. I ended up with my dream bathroom.

Brian was very helpful and flexible throughout the project. I needed a contractor that would translate my aesthetic vision into a an affordable budget. I am very satisfied with the renovation of both bathrooms and intend to hire Brian again for future projects.

We hired Brian to redo our bathroom. It was old and in very rough shape. Brian and his team came in and torn everything to the studs and designed and created exactly what we wanted. His team was professional and very very good. They finished exactly on time all while doing impeccable work. I would strongly recommend meeting with Brian and hiring him if you want quality work done by a professional.

Brian and his crew were great. Brian helped keep me on budget when picking out materials for my Two bathrooms. Crew showed up on time, cleanup after themselves and finished on time. Would recommend them.

As soon as I called for information Brian arranged to meet with me. We reviewed the project which was a bathroom in a 70 year old house. Because of the lath and plaster I wanted to just replace medicine cabinet, light fixtures/exhaust fan and install a vanity along with painting. Brian was able to find just the right produce to fit the space. He kept in touch throughout the project sending pictures of item he found and keeping me informed of when he would be here. He listened to my concerns and made adjustments when necessary so that everything is perfect. I will definitely call him for any further project.

Overall, we had a positive experience with Brian and his crew. Brian was very accommodating and quick to respond when I had questions or concerns. Brian always kept me abreast of when workers would be on site and made certain to communicate with me when and if schedules needed to be altered. The quality of the work was good overall. There were a couple of instances when something needed to be redone at my request, but Brian made the corrections without complaint. The project was completed on a timely basis. The cost of the project was on budget and reasonably priced.

We own a log home that is 25 years old. It is challenging finding a contractor who has experience with log homes but when we met Brian we knew he was the right person for the job. He owns his own log home and had shown us/explained how to maintain the logs so we wouldn t need to replace them. Needless to say that our logs look brand new and the work looks terrific! We also had Brian repoint our chimney and replace our decking with Trex. As the project was coming to an end, Brian personally met with us to review the whole project. We would trust Brian with future projects for our home.

Brian and his crew were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Brian is an excellent communicator—something that is hard to find in this business. He responds to any messages left for him in a timely fashion. We had an existing deck removed and a brand new deck and stamped concrete patio put in. We’re very happy with the quality and overall look of our project. Brian and his team were on site daily to get the job done quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves daily which was also very helpful. We’d recommend Brian and his crew to any of our friends and family. Down the road when we’re ready to update bathrooms or our kitchen, Brian will be our go to guy! We highly recommend Brian Morris for any construction needs.

This was the worst renovation experience I 've ever had, and I have hired many contractors over the years for larger and smaller projects with no problem. I can t believe the good reviews that were posted here. Brian was rude, disrespectful, didn t listen to me and made many mistakes that greatly extended the time it took to complete the project. He also tried to blame me instead of admitting and apologizing when something went wrong. Extremely unprofessional. His crew, except for Josh and Hunter, did not clean up after themselves and did not use any protective hangings to keep the rest of my house clean, which caused me a lot of daily work. Brian ordered the wrong window for my window seat project because he didn t ask me first, and then I had to order the right one which caused a delay of six weeks. I had to interrupt my vacation and come home for another week to get it finished. The person working in my master bath rushed through the whole reno complaining constantly. He installed the expensive Carrera marble I bought and never cleaned it after grouting or sealed it, even though I pointed this out to Brian several times. He installed a tile on the wall with a large chip, left it there and grouted it in. He could have used another since we bought extra but he didn t bother. He did the worst paint job I've ever seen to the point where I wasn t sure if he had even painted (same color). He forgot to grout in a number of spots as well. Plus it was filthy. The guy working in my mudroom broke several of the new travertine floor tiles and the whole floor had to be redone. Another guy broke a section of mirror on my new bathroom cabinet which had to be reordered. Brian was rarely on site. There were more problems but you get the idea. Now we are left having to remove all the residue from the marble which is hard, seal it, and repaint the bathroom ourselves. We also had to clean and seal the travertine floor. The one thing they did well was staining the outside of the house. I don t think they have enough experience to do an upscale interior renovation. Also they do not have a licensed electrician. And Brian does not have a real contract, just an email that doesn t get signed so it s not enforceable.

Brian was prompt to respond to my inquiries and was very helpful in guiding me through the process of planning and decision making about my bathroom remodeling project. I was working with some time constraints for the project and he and his crew did their best to keep to my schedule. The final result was a beautiful new bathroom for my newly purchased home that I am very pleased with. I look forward to working with Brian and his crew again in the future on other remodeling projects.

We had a total gut job on our kitchen. Brian and the whole crew did excellent work. Except for a couple of miscommunications, they showed up when they said they would, answered all my many questions and addressed all my concerns. I am so happy with my beautiful kitchen!

We hired Brian to do the studs remodel of a bathroom that had not been touched. It is a small bathroom in a 100-year-old house so it was not an easy project. Brian was over to give an estimate very quickly after initial contact. He was helpful, informative and low pressure. The work started right on time. I felt safe with the crew in our house while we were at work. They were great with our PITA German shepherd dog. Brian helped us quite a bit on overall design and materials since we did not have a set design in mind. We thought it came out nicer than we could have imagined. The work was done in the time he estimated and stayed on budget. We have had pretty bad luck with flaky contractors, and he came through in every way that previous workers had not, following through on little things even after the project was over. I would definitely recommend Brian Morris Contracting to close friends.

I had searched for a contractor for a while. Either they wouldn t call back or came to look at the job, never to be heard from again. I reached out to Brian Morris and had a text back within minutes. Once he gave me his estimate, we agreed quickly on price and timelines. We ran into unexpected complications; what renovation doesn t. We agreed to a change and without missing a beat, the reno continued. The crew assigned had a great work ethic; (on time, few breaks, cleaned up at the end of the day). Tom the foreman was also patient with me as I asked questions during the duration. There was excellent communication by Brian during the renovation, even when I had to travel out of town for work. As agreed to, the renovation too exactly one month in spite of some additions. I am thankful to Brian and his crew and will plan to use them on subsequent projects.

Some of the work was not up to par. Completion time and show up times were an issue. The guys were very nice.

Review. Our job was a complete demolition of two bathrooms (master and guest) and a closet-like space to increase the size of the master bathroom and update the look. Everything was torn to studs and rebuilt. Overall, we are satisfied with the work and would hire him in the future. This larger work was done quickly and effectively. Brian is mostly easy to communicate with and helps with decisions. My husband and I needed a lot of help with the aesthetics of our project and Brian talked with us on each decision. He was honest with our decisions and explained when something would/would not work well. Work started on time and was completed on time. Detail work and cleanup left something to be desired. Brian has had to come out to fix cracked caulking and grout and rework had to be done for mounting hardware and lighting. There was not a clear understanding of the work crew of the required job site cleanup. This resulted in tools being left in the living spaces and, more than once, required us to pick up razor blade scrapers, larger pieces of sheetrock, wood, etc. and moving tools to a safer location. As previously stated, we would hire Brian in the future. The inconveniences we encountered were worth the work done.

Brian did a great job remodeling my bathroom. This is the second job I have hired him for and look forward to hiring him again! His crew is clean and professional.

Update on previous review. We would recommend Brian Morris. Major renovation involving several rooms in our two story home. Brian (company owner) listened to our input and feedback and was responsive and supportive. We appreciate the good work Brian and his team provided. Brian is diversified and can provide service in all areas. Recommend - 5 Star.
