We just completed a major renovation on our new home. Very happy with how things came out. The entire team was excellent. They went above and beyond, constantly working with us and coming up with solid solutions to the inevitable little problems that come with such a major reno. Attention to detail was very good. We are very happy with the quality of the finished product.

Brian Morris is an EXCELLENT contractor. His carpenters are skilled, punctual, neat, responsible and courteous and friendly. Brian goes above and beyond to serve his customers, and to meet deadlines and budgets. No job is too big or small. We HIGHLY recommend him, and we plan on using him for all our future projects!

Brian completed renovation of two bathrooms, refinished and painted all ceilings, removed wallpaper and repainted three rooms, removed carpet and laid hardwood floors in four rooms, and laid a new roof on my house. He did a very good job at a reasonable price. He was knowledgeable, honest, and communicated daily with me regarding issues and work progress. He finished the work within the estimated time frame. I highly recommend him and will use him for future projects.

.Brian Morris exemplifies the two most important virtues you want in a contractor: honesty and communication. He was up front about the quote process, and took time to walk through the work involved, developing a mutual understanding with me of the VALUE he was adding, so that when discussion of the PRICE he needed to perform the work, it was a simple, professional discussion. In any construction project there are ALWAYS things that are unexpected that arise. In my particular case there were some details of the job that added significant time, which neither of us had a way of knowing at the time of his original quote. Brian was very professional, honest and direct about this, and we were able to negotiate a fair and reasonable modification to the scope of the work that was fair to both of us. In this regard, Brian was superior to deal with compared to every other contractor I have used. He was patient, polite, professional and straightforward during this process. If you're considering hiring a contractor, think about this: it's how he conducts himself when things DON'T go as planned, that is the measure of whether he's worth doing business with. Communications were excellent-- I received frequent text messages from Brian (my preferred form of communication) and daily videos showing the progress his crew was making. While not every job requires, or should involve, this detailed level of communication, for my project this communication was essential and he did an excellent job. And it's fun to receive updates, these are a psychological reward to the difficult, complex work of planning and executing a construction project. He also had the opportunity to communicate with the owners of the development where the project was located, and he was regarded as polite, thoughtful and responsive by the administrative staff. Brian's communication was highly satisfactory. In other respects he was also very good-- I was doing a demolition job, and yet he still took the time to clean up the site, ensuring minimal disruption to neighbors and the surroundings. At the completion of the job all his equipment and excess debris were cleared away, leaving the site in workmanlike condition. Brian Morris has enjoyed a growing business in the Berkshire region, and it's due to his attention to detail, conscientious work, fair dealing with customers and overall approach to the business. I would recommend him for jobs without reservation.

We were very pleased to have Brain Mars work on replacing the wood siding on this house. We have spoken to other re modelers that have given us hiring quotes for less products. Brian was easy to work with, very reliable, and eager for doing the best work for us. We would highly recommend him for doing any work needed!

Our deck was built using composite material and it looks wonderful, he really did a great job. He was always here on time and when he said he will be there. He was extremely neat, cleaned up and hauled away debris each and every day.

Ok this guy Brian is truly Awesome! I Finally met an honest and quick pro that keeps his word in every way! I had acquired a deep box window from a friend. I had 4 carpenters from Chatham area give an estimate... I ended up hing all 4 and none showed. So here's the deal... After a year I found Brian on this site, he showed up here on a Friday for the estimate, had his team here on Saturday and was cleaned up and gone by SATURDAY NIGHT! Wife happy. (That's not easy) Their work?...Awesome, cleaned all their stuff and all debris out before leaving. Professional team! They even had to build a small roof over the window! I'm telling you, hire this team. Fair price, but most importantly.. They show up and are pros .... Since then I hired him to do a medium exterior painting project. Same exact result. Hire these guys....call if you need a reference. Nuff said!

Brian showed up when promised and completed the work in one long day! He is one talented and hardworking individual. When we need another project done of any size, we will call Brian Morris first.
