"They were very accommodating to My time. They called me immediately and arranged to come the next morning on time. The repair man had a challenging time Moving my refrigerator. He worked slowly and steady apologized for taking so long. My refrigerator stopped working he showed me that the compressor was fine. it was the fan needed to be cleaned. Their price was fair and they told me toward the end what the cost would be. I would definitely recommend them and if I need another appliance fixed I would surely call Them refrigerator stopped"

"Called Rensselaer appliance to repair my dryer. Serviceman came didn’t really want me around to watch him work wanted to take off his mask and work so I went upstairs. After about 20 min he told me that I needed a new control panel and that you could not get them anymore.He said it was not the heating element. I went on eBay and found a control panel for 75$. When it came I installed it in 5 min thinking all’s good started dryer and still no heat.so I went out and bought a meter took the dryer apart and tested the heating element and found out it was bad. Ordered a new heating element installed it turned dryer on and now have a working dryer. It cost me 108$ for the service call and 75 for control panel. I called Rensselaer to explain that the serviceman did not do what he was payed to do.you have to take the heating element out to test it. I was told by the person at the store even that he told me the wrong part to be replace if he had done the work it would be different. So I said I payed you to tell me the wrong part and he said.I said that was BS that when he started yelling at me. Stay away of repair work from them !!!!!"
