Triton, installed a drain system and new pump in my already finished basement. Prompt response to request for an estimate where Michael, owner of Triton, walked me through the process, provided detailed answers to the many questions I had about the system my home required. Both the drain installation and construction teams worked quickly, and were attentive and courteous. There were a few quick pivots necessary during replacement construction and the master carpenter + associates corrected right away. I highly recommend Triton Waterproofing.

When you purchase an older home it always seems that it becomes a pandora box, once one thing needs to be repaired another item is identified. In our case we needed to repair a sewer line and it was identified one of our foundation walls was bowing. After several years of steadily increasing water issues in our basement and side yard we decided it was time to address the problem. Triton's owner, Michael responded quickly to my request for an assesment and made an appointment to come to my home on the same day I contacted Triton. He surveyed the basement and property and explained to me what the problem was and gave me several options that would address both the emergent problems and also prevent future issues. I appreciated that Michael's explanation was detailed and coherent without being pushy. I came away form the meeting with a full understanding of the causes and remedies to address the situation. His pricing was very fair. I opted to have a French drain and two pumps installed in my basement and a drainage system with an additional pump installed in my side yard, We were able to set up a convenient time to have the work done and it was completed in a timely fashion. The Triton crew was punctual, efficient and did a thorough and clean job. We just had our first significant precipitation since the job was completed and my basement is dry! I couldn't be happier with the results!
