Overall everything went well.

Mr. Cahill came at the appointed time, gave us an estimate, we agreed on the price, and he told me the crew would come one day "next week", no we didn't have to be home, and they would bill us. The crew came, my wife was home, they took the tree down, digested it, and cleaned up after themselves. Wow, what a great crew!!

They did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

A neighbor's tree was planted 3 feet from my retaining wall and its roots were punching holes through the wall and my concrete patio (my property is 5.5' below his). Heartbreaking though it was, the tree had to come down to protect my property from further damage. Marsha in the office manages things wonderfully. The crew arrived ahead of schedule, worked quickly, hauled the pieces out through my house (we live in a closed courtyard), and left the site pretty clean, all things considered, My neighbor was not inconvenienced in the least, even though the crew had to work from his property. They styled the stump so he can turn it into a waterfall for a koi pond. All involved couldn't be happier with our Cahiill experience.

They got so busy they were unable to come pick up the payment but they never called to bother me about it. Marsha is very helpful in working out all the details.

For several months, I had weekly phone conversations with Marcia Cahill as she prodded the city to inspect the tree and issue the permit. She was wonderful, calling and cajoling them endlessly until they finally issued the permit. Once we had the permit, the workmen showed up promptly on the agreed date and got to work with wonderful efficiency. They removed not only the dead wood I was worried about, but also higher dead branches that I couldn't see from the ground. In one hour, the tree was pruned and the grounds completely cleared of dead branches, twigs. etc.

They were recommended by my neighbor. I called them on an emergency basis and they were prompt and came on time. They did not charge me more than the estimate. Their price was fair. They were courteous and did the job pretty quickly. They were careless and trampled my plants and hacked also one of my bushes. I wasn?t happy with that.

They did a great job of cutting a huge tree down. They came with the right equipment and they know how to do the job. They cleaned my yard up and it was very nice and neat when they left. I would recommend them.

Excellent! Crew arrived promptly, were very courteous, asked questions and did a thorough clean-up.

Their price was a little high as they charged me about $100 a foot. They did a good job of getting them out of my way. Because poplar trees grow really fast I have had them come out a couple times in the past and do some trimming on them. They did a good job then so that is why I chose them for this.

BROOKLYN TREE DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. THEY CLEANED UP AND HAULED OFF EVERYTHING. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.
