Vincent responded immediately and even offered to come that night! he was professional and very honest, saying if he couldn't fix it , he would not charge me. But he DID fix it and the price he charged was less the quotes I received on that "other site". If I have another need arise, Vincent would be the one that I call. We are absolutely thrilled with our renovated bathroom. I had a clear vision of what I wanted: a newly renovated bathroom that is consistent with the vintage style of our 100+ year old house. Vinny took great care to preserve our antique tub and remove and repurpose vintage ceramic tiles in the new configuration I wanted for the room. His expert craftsmanship blends new and old seamlessly. He and his assistant arrived bright and early each day, worked efficiently, maintained great communication even when I couldn’t be on site, and offered creative solutions to the challenges that inevitably arise in renovating and older home. I trust Vinny completely and will not hesitate to hire him again.

The transformation of my bathroom was incredible . Vinny is a perfectionist and it is obvious when you see his work . The bathroom came out beautiful exactly how I wanted it . He aims to please . He took his time and met with me a couple of times before he started just to make sure that the end result would be a success. It certainly was . Prices are fair. I received many estimates before choosing Total masters . They were not the cheapest but they were not the most expensive either . I believe Vinny work was worth every dime.
