after the inspection , he explained the details of the infestation and what must be done. told us the cold weather was great for us because if we were able we could remove belongings from the house and store them outside and if the temperature remained low enough and the items remained outside long enough it would kill the infestation on these items, also explained what we must do with our clothes and other items. he also explained how we could save money by doing a lot of the work ourselves and than he would come in with the right chemicals and spray which he did after we prepped the house, he did a thorough job spraying behind the outlets and all the nooks, he then called the next evening and asked how it all was going and asked if we saw any more evidence of of bugs which we haven't , i think todd did a good job and i would absolutely hire him again

They were great! We'd actually called them before, when we sold our house, for the termite treatment required by our buyer's mortgage company, and we thought the price more than fair. So when we bought our new house, we called them for the wasp nests, and again, a terrific experience. Extremely prompt, professional, and not only pleasant but with a sense of humor! Incredibly helpful, not just with the immediate problem (all taken care of) but with recommendations for other small things around the house (not exterminator-related), which went well above and beyond, and we really appreciated it. Would absolutely call them again, and highly recommend them.

It went great. The owner came out inspected my home at no charge. Diagnosed and explained everything to me. We hired him and his son and another worker came out today. They were on time, friendly and explained everything. I hope to never need them again but if I do I will definitely call them and refer them to anyone ho needs an exterminator. A+ service!!!!!

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE. THEY WENT IN AND OUT AND DID THEIR JOB FINE. I DIDN'T HAVE TO CALL THEM BACK WITH A PROBLEM. THEY HAD A COMPARABLE PRICE.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED. THE ANTS DIDN'T COME BACK. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE RESPONSIVE. THEY WERE ATTENTIVE. THEY GAVE ME SOME EXTRA TRAPS AND SOME ADVICE BEFORE THEY LEFT AND SUGGESTED I CALL BACK IF THE PROBLEM PERSISTED. IT DIDN'T.

THEY ARE JUST NICE PEOPLE. THEY FOLLOW UP. THEY DISCOUNT THE BILL BECAUSE WE'VE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS. I'M IN REAL ESTATE LAW.

THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH AND PUNCTUAL. THEY THOROUGHLY KILL THE BUGS. YOU CAN NOT ASK FOR MORE THAN THAT.

OVERALL IT WAS GOOD, BUT THEY HAVE GONE DOWN IN QUALITY QUITE A BIT. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE, FOR THREE OR FOR YEARS, AND I USUALLY HAVE MY PROPERTY SPRAYED FOR ANTS. THIS YEAR THEY DIDN'T DO IT AS MUCH AS I WANTED THEM TO DO. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM RIGHT NOW.
