Description of Work: Very professional. He confirmed appointment one day before and then again 2 times before arriving to give me the best possible arrival time. The job took about 45 minutes like promissed. After finishing, The tech also explained some other things about my furnace and gave some additional advice. Very happy with the experience. Nothing negative to say :)

Description of Work: Fixed central air conditioning system They came within 5 minutes of my call. I thought my system had to be replaced, but they replaced a gasket, added oil and freon. They thought I might get another 5 years of use from it. They were wonderful to work with

+ -1 moreThis morning I noticed some flooding around my AC unit. Turned out there was construction debris left in the PVCs by builders. In spite of an emergency at his house, Jerry came over and cleaned the unit. Believe me the area was total mess but he didn't hesitate in getting himself dirty. And on top of all this, he didn't even charge me for it. On multiple occasions he has walked me with problem resolutions over the phone. Any other contractor will look for such opportunities to make money and will charge you just for showing up. But SZ guys are all about customer service. Thank you Jerry! You are the best.
Description of Work: I have been their customer for the last 6 years. Jerry and his team have done a fanstastic job in maintaining my two Heating and A/C units. Every year they come for regular checkups and take care of issues without any hassles. Their fees are very nominal. Very pleasant people to interact with and 100% reliable. In this day and age finding a reliable contractor itself is a big challenge. With Jerry and his team, you can never go wrong. Jerry takes care of my units as if it's his own house.

I would like to amend that because Jerry from SZ Mechanical called me (When he was in Florida) and said that he would be coming to take care of any issues that I have. On Tuesday morning he was here and we resolved the problem and he also put Freon in my air conditioner with a minimal charge. So there is a company out there who will correct there mistakes and for that I will give them an A. Thank you SZ Mechanical for your honesty and professionalism.
