Description of Work: I called to set up an appointment. They asked where I lived. It wasn't in Staten Island. Someone called me back and said I had spoken to the owner. They were supposed to get back to me, but, they never did.

Description of Work: Currently the order is still pending with the company. I can only give you a partial opinion of my transaction with the company. We have a special order basement window which I am waiting for the window manager to come to remeasure the space. I had advised the sales representative that my available time would be after 6:00 pm and weekends. Hopefully they will be able to accommodate my hours since they did not indicate otherwise. I look forward to updating once the job has been completed and hope to have a glowing review.

 + -1 moreThey use All Side Windows, which are a great product. The product lived up to their promotions. The only negative is that the salesman made a suggestion for my kitchen casement window that I put 2 double hung windows to save on the cost. When the windows arrived, they were about to install the double window, when my wife noticed that there was a 9" piece of vinyl blocking the view. My wife was NOT happy. They replaced the window to meet our needs, but they would not take the original window back. The salesman is no longer with the company. The company did give me a discount on the re-ordered window, but I think it might have been the installation charge which they charged for the mistake window that never got installed. They threw in the Colonial grids, which cost $120, for free to make up for the problems. The installer, Randy Borden, did a very high quality job.
Description of Work: Installed 4 replacement windows. Price does not reflect mistake window, which was $980.

 + -1 moreTHESE PEOPLE WERE ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT PEOPLE. THEY HAVE BEEN IN THE BUSINESS FOR THIRTY YEARS SO THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. THEY HAVE THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES WHO ARE SALARIED BY THE HOUR. THEY DO ALL THE WORK THEMSELVES. IT'S VERY GOOD. I PAID MORE BUT I GOT GOOD SERVICE. THE FRONT DOOR WAS EXPENSIVE, BUT THE OTHERS WERE STANDARD DOORS AND VERY AFFORDABLE FOR THE LOOK.
Description of Work: THEY CHANGED THREE DOORS, FRONT, BACK AND THE ONE LEADING TO THE GARAGE.
