Overall, pretty lousy considering he never showed up.
Description of Work: I called South Shore Glass several times for an estimate on replacing my skylight which is cracked due to Superstorm Sandy. They never got back to me. I called again. Spoke to someone for several minutes. He seemed to have an attitude. He said he'd come by on a Saturday, gave me a time frame. I waited three hours for him. I know he was doing work in my neighborhood. He didn't show, didn't call. I consider that rude.

THEY WERE EFFICIENT. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY. THEY WERE NEAT, AND THAT'S VERY IMPORTANT TO ME. THEY WERE POLITE and they DID THE JOB FOR THE PRICE THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO IT. THEY DIDN'T Give ME A PRICE AND THEN CHANGE IT LATER. SOMETIMES PEOPLE WILL GIVE YOU A QUOTE AND THEN DON'T GUARANTEE THAT WILL BE THE ACTUAL PRICE.
Description of Work: I HAD A DOUBLE PANE WINDOW THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED IN THE LIVING ROOM.
