+ -1 moreTHEY ARE VERY GOOD. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND GOT THE JOB DONE IN ONE DAY. THEY SAID THEY WILL COME OUT ONCE A YEAR TO UPDATE THE SYSTEM AND CHANGE THE BACK UP BATTERY. IF WE HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE SYSTEM THEY PROVIDE SAME DAY SERVICE.

+ -1 moreWE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR SYSTEM, IT WORKS VERY WELL, AND WHEN THE ALARM GOES OFF, THEY ARE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND. WHEN MY PANEL QUIT WORKING, THEY WERE OUT THE NEXT DAY TO REPLACE IT, AND UPDATED IT AT THE SAME TIME.

+ -1 moreI THINK THEY ARE VERY GOOD AND QUICK AT RESPONDING WHEN THE ALARM SOUNDS. I HAVE SET IT OFF MYSELF, AND THEY CALLED WITHIN JUST A FEW MINUTES TO SEE IF THEY NEEDED TO RESPOND OR IF IT WAS A FALSE ALARM. THEY UPDATE THE SYSTEM EVERY YEAR AS WELL.

+ -1 moreI GOT THEM THROUGH MY DAUGHTER. WHEN I WAS LOOKING FOR AN ALARM SYSTEM THEY WERE RECOMMENDED THROUGH FRIENDS AND MY DAUGHTER. HE IS VERY GOOD. I DIDN'T THINK IT WAS TOO MUCH MONEY SO I USED HIM.
Description of Work: THEY FIXED THE BATTERIES IN THE KEYPAD DEVICE.
