They were too high price, and not in schedule that I need. It wasn't a go. I wasn't willing to spend this right now. She was very knowledgeable and nice. I just wasn't able to go with her. I didn't get to experience the quality of the pieces, so I can't judge the quality. They got back to me a couple of times, but I wasn't able to go with them. I would like to go with them. They have a good selection, and they were very professional in their manners. She came well prepared in her quotes, and the range of the selections. She was able to give me prices for the cabinets, and what designs I could use through it. She gave me advice with the customize. My kitchen is odd shaped. I really liked them.

I called the toll free number and they came to my house on Staten Island.

After waiting from 1:00 to 5:00pm They text me at 4:50pm. The Text said they were now coming on 10/21 b\t 1:00 and 5:00 again how unprofessional Does Sear think I Have nothing to do but wait for them. This is being INCONSIDRATE to its customer !!

I asked over the phone if they would honor my medical insurance--they would not provide the information over the phone, but I had to come to their office to find out. At the office, it took 3 minutes for them to say that they did not honor my insurance carrier, but that I could have a 'free' consultation. It's a scam! they wanted to suck me into an expensive treatment without insurance. The confirmation of my insurance could have been done over the phone, but they tried to suck me into treatment without coverage. I traveled, unnecessarily, for 1 hour to meet with them. This is shoddy treatment designed to capture as wide a net of patients as possible. DON'T TRUST THEM!

The consultation was Great (Eddie) We got everything promised. the Job was completed when they said it would be they worked around other work we were having done. and the house looks great we got a new roof and siding with cedar shake front we also got shutters on the house we did have an issue with one of them fitting around steps. so they took a pair back from us and got us smaller ones to solve the issue. (not there issue a house issue very happy) the sales person cleaned everything up when they were done. no: they are not the cheapest but I did not want the cheapest I want it done right. all the quotes we got were in the same bal l park for the amount of money that was being spent. I would definatley recommend them.

The rep came on July 23, 2014 and said he would install them within 10 days. After numerous calls to Sears, visits to Sears, and threatening to cancel the order the company called us and arranged for the installation. The company was not reliable in returning phone calls and I had to make numerous calls before I got a call back. The garage doors were installed on Sept. 9, 2014.Unfortunately we are still waiting for them to deliver the "grates" for each of the windows in the garage doors.

My experience with them was good. The repairman was very pleasant and a nice guy. Maybe, I would not use them in the future because of the price.

They were excellent. It was an excellent experience due to the sales, they were clean and no leaks. The quality was very good. I think it was an excellent price.

Their estimate was on the high end of the four vendors that we looked at. The sales rep came to our home & provided a thorough presentation. However, there was no follow written proposal which other vendors had provided. I feel that this written proposal would have swayed us to consider their proposal more professional and valid. I am surprised with all of the resources in Sears command that they wouldn't have provided such a thorough written proposal and bid.

They provide excellent service. They replace whatever appliance that they no longer find parts for to replace it. They are courteous and usually right on time. They know what they are doing so they fix things really quickly. If I have questions they answer me; they know what they are about. They have so many customers on their list that if I were to call them today and inform them that there is something wrong with my washing machine then their first available appointment will be around April 9th. I’d have to wait that long a time for my machine to be fixed. They will do an excellent job when they come but I have to wait for a long time and I will be having things to wash for which I will have to go outside to a laundry man. My complaint to them would be to shorten their wait time. They are a little pricey but are particular and keep informing me all the time that if they put a name on a product then they’d want it to meet their specifications.

They have a minimum of 3 window replacements. They were too pricey. They have a lot of complaints with Consumer Affairs.

They came out and installed a kitchen/bathroom for us. The only thing I was unhappy about is there didn't seem to be anyone on the premise that could answer any questions. Everyone just seemed to be workers.

I liked them a lot. They were very punctual.

Every time they made an appointment, it was kept. There were a couple little glitches in pricing because one door wasn't standard size but they did end up giving me standard price. I would just highly recommend them.

Sears Home Services checked all my appliances. They checked my furnace, water heater, clothes washer, clothes dryer and my refrigerator. This contract is for the year. But if any of the appliances breaks or needs repairing it doesn't cost anything. I've only ever had one problem but that was 15 years ago! They've been fine since. They did a really good job on my furnace a couple of years ago, they took all the insides out and replaced them. Then last year they did the same thing with my water heater.

The installation was fine. We have a sears refrigerator that we have an extended warranty on. They came 5 times. The water thing thats built in kept freezing up. They tried all kinds of things. It would work for a short period and then it would freeze up again. The contract is up this month, and we said forget about it. We will use a Brita Filter. If I was recommending them I would say ok. The sales part is fine. The sales lady we normally deal with has been there for years.

They are a little expensive, but they are pretty good. The one thing I like about them is they are quick. They are on time and move the stuff they have to move. They just get it done very professionally and the carpet dries very quickly.
