Description of Work: Monthly pest maintenance on small building. They are professional, know what they're doing and do it well.

Description of Work: Serious mouse problem in 2-family (2 apartment floors) house with full basement and finished attic. Previous services with traps did not do the job. Say No More laid out and performed, their simple, standard procedure: Find all gaps in living areas (i.e. actual apartment floors, not basement)and seal them (an old house like mine is going to have LOTS of gaps)after applying poison within the walls. Lay some traps in the basement and seal whatever is visible from the outside. His promise is to keep mice out of the living areas. He reasonably points out that mice can make their way to the basement via underground piping - but this will be minimized - and they will hopefully not be able to get to any living areas alive. Well - it certainly worked! Within a week our dogs were no longer chasing mouse ghosts hidden behind molding or kitchen appliances (they could apparently sense mice - but had no ability to catch any). Not a mouse in 5 months! |

Description of Work: They were great. I highly recommend them. They came to the house, were very pleasant and put me at ease. I told them I had seen mice and evidence of mice. They inspected the house and gave me a quote. They went through the whole house (basement plus three floors) plugged holes, put down baits and poison. After two weeks, they returned after I called them as I saw another mouse. (This was at no charge. They guaranteed their work for a year.). They looked around to see if there were any areas they may have missed. I have had no problems since that visit. As a plus, because I was an Angie's list member, they actually charged a little less than the original quote.
