This company’s work was very good and professional. We were completely satisfied. He removed the squirrels and then installed screens to prevent them from returning.

I called Say No More Pest Control and another company, both highly rated on Angie's List, and found Say No More to be more enthusiastic and responsive overall. I received two estimates for the job. The initial estimate from Say No More was significantly higher than the 2nd estimate, but they worked with me to reduce it to a price and treatment service that I was comfortable with. I found Bartolo to be knowledgeable, accessible, responsive, courteous and professional. He and his team moved several large items in my basement that I was unable to move by myself, and they put everything back after treatment. Both the inside and outside areas of the house were left clean. I would definitely recommend this company and will be working with them for follow-up bait trap checks and an extended warranty. The deciding factors in choosing Say No More Pest Control were based on responsiveness, presentation, knowledge, gut feeling (positive) and better overall customer satisfaction ratings on Angie's List.

They show up when they say they were going to show up. They do a good job. They quoted a good price and we got good service.

While doing laundry in the basement, (Friday), a squirrel was spotted. I called Dominick. He couldn't come out that night but came out the next day, (Sat.), within the agreed time. The squirrel was in the drop ceiling and couldn't be immediately caught so Dominick set traps. He told us to keep checking. Dominick called early the next morning, (Sun.), but the traps were still empty. Later that afternoon, (Sun.), the squirrel was trapped. I called Dominick and the trapped squirrel was promptly removed. Dominick came back and replaced the vent coverings to prevent any future visitors. So far we haven't heard or seen any more squirrels in the house. I was pleased enough with his work to recommend him to my neighbor who also has squirrels in his roof.

It went very well. I haven't had any problems with mice in the last year.

We saw mice in our house and looked at Angies List for an exterminator - we chose Say No More. Dominick came over in the specified time-frame. He made an extensive visual inspection of the house, pulled out the fridge, took off radiator covers, etc. He pointed out numerous holes and large cracks where mice could be coming in and out. He offered two options - a bait and trap option for $150, basically poisoning the mice currently living in the house, 60 day guarantee. Option 2 was a much more extensive operation consisting of filling all the holes visible in the house and trying to make it completely mouse-proof, 1 yr guarantee. We went with option 1. He did a thorough job and is very personable.

Dominick arrived on time. After checking the roof vent and bathroom vent, he step up a trap in the bathroom and carefully removed the vent grate and trapped the squirrel. After removing the squirrel, Dominick replaced the vent grate and went back to the roof to install wire mesh on the roof vent to prevent this from happening again.All this was done for a very fair price. Dominick is a pro, and I highly recommend Say No More Pest Control.

First of all, their price was much more reasonable than the others that came out, and they even worked with me on keeping the cost down. I got the impression that the guy I dealt with was mostly concerned that he get to the bottom of the infestation and correct it the first time, which I really liked. About the ONLY thing that's even slightly negative with my experience with him is that he was a little vague in answering my questions, only because with termites, I think, you never know %100 what they're gonna do, so it was probably even GOOD that he didn't try to promise too much or say something that he wasn't sure about. They were clear, puctual, did what they said they do. And bottom line, looks like the treatment worked.

I was really pleased about how Dominic handled the issue. I called his answering service, and he called me back within two hours. I described the situation as described by my mother-in-law. He came to the house the next day, and did a thorough investigation. He said that he did not see a major problem with bugs, and so set some basic traps and sprayed in key areas. My mother-in-law felt that he did a thorough job, and sure enough, there has been no problem since his visit. I was impressed that he did not try to overstate the problem, given that he was dealing with a frightened senior citizen. Moreover, since my mother-in-law can't handle money anymore, he just left a bill and I paid it the next day (Saturday) when I was off from work.

We called Dominic after our house had an infestation of flies for about 3 days. After trying to resolve the problem ourselves, we decided we needed an exterminator. I called the company around 7:30am and left a message and promptly received a call back from Dominic around 9:30am. After explaining the situation, he made an appt to come and assess the problem at 1:00pm that same day. He told me the various price options on the phone, depending on what service might need to be performed. Dominic called me while he was stuck in traffic to inform me he was running late, which I greatly appreciated. After thoroughly investigating, he suggested that the entire house needed to be fogged, which he was able to do that very same day! He carefully explained all my options to me, and even spoke to my husband on the phone. He never pressured me and was not at all arrogant. I never felt that he was trying to scam me. His services come with a 60 day guarantee. The very next day, the fly infestation was completely eliminated and we have been fly-free for a week now. Dominic was courteous, professional, and knew how to take care of the problem! I would definitely use him again.

He provide 50 days guarantee. He was before the time scheduled for the appointment. The guy who came out was thorough. I will grade him high on the entire category across the board. He wanted to do more than I wanted to do and we found the nest; so the nest went into the garbage. That was the plus because that is been the problem for several years for everyone. He treated the mice that came in from one area; so he put tartar pad for that and he got extra. His price is excellent. He was very pleasant. He will be definitely called again. The ants have already disappeared and found two today. They were eating the stuff that he put down right away. I can tell that they are gone. He gave a very fast solution. He put a magnet on his refrigerator with his name and address. Another plus for Dominic! A few ants appeared after my April 21st treatment, I called on May 23 and he came on May 24th--the NEXT day--on time and did another thorough job and got rid of the ants at the source. Excellent, this company is a keeper!

So far, I haven't seen any. I'm completely pleased with the service he provided.

I am in the process of selling my house, and recently heard pigeons on my son's air conditioner. I called "Say No More", left a message, and got a call back in a couple of hours. Dominic came a couple of days later to give me an estimate. He recommended putting spikes on the air conditioner instead of the glue repellent, but since we are moving soon, we didn't want to incur the extra cost. He was able to do the job right away, although he did run out of glue and had to come back later to complete the job. I then had him come to our new house because we had seen signs of mice, and thought we might also have a water bug problem. He assured us that he did not see any real signs of either, but put poison in the walls for the mice, and told us how to seal things up ourselves. He also put out some traps so we could get a sense if there really was a problem with water bugs before going any further. While he was there, we noticed wasps in the backyard, and he sprayed for those as well. Dominic was very polite, and friendly, and I would use him in the future.

One of my tenants was complaining to mice, especially in the walls. They were in the garden apartment,so I wasn't sure how much could be done. SNM, suggested going through thte building thoroughly and plugging up any holes. They came back to collect any mice, and they gave me a 6 months guarantee. It's been 10 months and there have been no mouse reports.

I am currently working with them. They seem to be very good. I called them and they called back right away. I explained the problem and they were ready to come out in 2 days. I met them and they went through the building. My partner who owns the building with me did not like that the worker's flashlight went out when he was supposed to be looking for evidence of mice and other rodents. Other than that he seemed to be very nice. Now we are talking about when he would come out and finish the job.

Great! Bartolo did a through job and didn't find any pests. He's a nice guy who explained what he was looking for throughout the inspection.
