I realized that I had a squirrel in the attic, I called someone and he came over and located where the hole was and he temporarily sealed the hole from the inside at which point I thought that the squirrel had left. I woke up to the squirrel running back and forth looking for a why out. I checked on Angie's list and found Say no more pest control. I called the company on Monday October 14, 2013which was Columbus Day and didn't think I would get someone because it was a holiday, someone answered the phone took my number and a while later Dominick called, I explained the situation and he was able to come by that night, he put two traps down, on Wednesday he came back and there were two baby squirrel in each trap (mother was locked out of attic when the hole was sealed from the inside. He put two more traps down, I called a roofer during the interim to come and repair where the squirrel was getting in from. Dominick just came back to take the traps back and they were squirrel free. Dominick was professional and answered all my questions and concerns. I hope never to have this problem again but If I do, I know who to call.

Our tenants had seen a mouse in their kitchen. So we called Say No More Pest Control for an estimate; Dominick came at the agreed-upon time and did a thorough inspection of all floors of our three-family town house, plus the basement. He seemed honest in his assessment, told us what areas of the house looked good (well-sealed) and pointed out where the problem areas were. He was very informative. He moved the refrigerator (by himself!) to see where the mouse access points might be in the kitchen. He gave us what we considered a fair estimate, considering the size of the building, and offered a one-year guarantee. We called him back a day or two later and booked him. When he returned to do the job, he was punctual and professional. And VERY thorough. He sealed up every nook and cranny of the house (except one tenant's closet, which was too messy to get into; he said the closets all seemed pretty well-sealed anyway, but if we did see a mouse anytime in the next year, we would know where it came from, and he would return to get rid of it at no charge). He put rodent poison inside the access points before sealing them up, too. He also seemed pretty easy-going, and said he'd be happy to come back anytime if we weren't satisfied with anything. He also sprayed our basement for bugs at no extra charge, and honored the Angie's List coupon without us reminding him about it. My only complaint is that, after he left, there was a bit of sticky residue left in some areas. I think that's unavoidable, and it seems he tried to clean it up (because some parts of the floor were slippery with some sort of cleaning solution), but he missed some spots. Not a big deal, though. Anyway, he performed the service a month ago, and we haven't seen or heard (or even suspected) any mice in the building since then. I am confident that we won't see any. We'd definitely use Dominick and Say No More Pest Control again.

The company was very responsive, very professional and gave me a 10% discount because I used Angie's list. I thought the price was very reasonable considering the work that they did. They drilled holes through the cement, into the soil, every 18 inches around the entire outside perimeter of the house, injecting the holes with the treatment and then covering the holes with cement. They then went into my basement and repeated the procedures, drilling holes every 18 inches around the perimeter of the basement and injecting the treatment into the holes. They cleaned-up nicely. I dealt directly with one of the two brothers, who own the business. Very friendly and he explained everything to me and answered all my questions.

We found evidence of serious rodent infestation that our home inspector missed completely. Dominick came and found multiple entry points and filled them completely. Haven't had a problem since. Would use again in a heartbeat. Fast, responsive and professional.

The service was excellent. The owner himself came, offered creative solutions and took care of the problem. He was courteous, on time, easy to talk with and totally professional. We would definitely use him again and recommend him without any reservations.

He arrived on time, came with everything he needed. He explained the cost, what we had to do as follow-up, how to prevent future problems, etc. Took time to fully handle situation. never had so thorough a job! made the follow-up appointment and was pleasant throughout the entire visit.

Went very well. Exterminator came in and went through all this nooks and crannies of every room to find where rats may enter the house. Laid poison and then preventative covering to hinder there return. With out my prompting used caution in babie's room and asked for feedback before laying any poison there.

The service was professional and personable. He took the time to explain everything to me and worked around my schedule. And in only a few days, we have noticed an improvement. Very happy.

Dom arrived a half hour earlier than scheduled. He was well prepared and completed the job within an hour. He also gave me a 90 day warranty on the work (including bird removal).

I think he's very good and on point because I have holes and mice that come in and so everyone else put the trap in but won't fix the holes and so I was not trying to find someone else who's going to come and fix the holes which doesn't make sense, where he actually put the tracking powder or whatever it is in the hole and filled it and put a seal throughout the hole based outside and everything as well as putting poison. He really thought about the process a few weeks ago and just continued and finished it up and there were no more rodents. I really like their responsiveness and just going the extra mile because most people don't want to do that, they just want to get the big price and throw some things and you still have the same problem. I will just keep him to do monthly service. I also like their pricing.

We had an ongoing moth problem that was not being resolved by moth traps. Say No More came promptly, reviewed the situation, and told me to take everything out of the closets and wash or dry clean it and then call them when I was ready. It took me a week or so to get my head around the project, but I finally did it, and when I called them they came promptly and sprayed the empty closets thoroughly. They were professional and nice. Dominick answered all my questions about moths and a few more about other bugs too! The service was well worth it and we have not seen a moth now in a month and a half. What a relief. As my house was infested with sewer flies I searched for an exterminator on angie's list,found this company had good review.I called Dominic who responded immediately ,very friendly and professional guy ,very punctual ,came next day morning .He did a thorough evaluation of the whole house to find the cause ,found they came from a sewer line in the basement which was backing up last year .He sprayed all the placed infested with sewer flies,put some traps in the basement ,instructed to seal around the sewer line entrance into the wall,also to call plumber for further evaluation if they cause problem again .so far i have ver good result
