Very well.

My AC was installed by another company who did a very bad job. I called the Mitsubishi Corp and they personally recommended Sam's AC. The work was done professionally and quickly and Sam was here himself though out most of the work to make sure it was done correctly. His small crew was knowledgeable and courteous. They all seemed to know what they were doing. They consulted me during the process to make sure it was being done the way I wanted it done. Best of all the AC works beautifully now.

Very professional. Sam personally involved. Comes back to check after installations. Breath of fresh air to work with someone like Sam and his crews vs. others who are not reliable, do not show up on time, do not back up there work, etc. Ran the job like a professional. I checked his references before signing on. Everyone raves about Sam and his team.

From the minute Sam opened up my PTAC unit, I was reassured that he knew what he was looking at : a pretty complicated machine full of wires and parts. I have often had the opposite -- sinking -- feeling with repair men. Sam proceeded to perform a systematic "rule out" diagnosis of the problem. Once he had identified the faulty part, Sam made a temporary repair and offered to come back the next day with a replacement part. Which he did. Beyond his professional manner and his knowledge, what I particularly appreciated was that when I told Sam that my rather old dog who has a heart and thyroid condition needed to be in an air-conditioned environment, he came up with a plan for a temporary fix, using an old spare part he had in his truck. I have since recommended Sam to the other residents in my building who are now also using his services.

He explained the effecenicy of the units. His price included the electical work that went with it. He followed up after the installation to make sure the units were running well. He cleaned up after himself well.

Same was professional and courteous throughout the whole experience. He was very knowledgeable about our Mitsubishi product, even more so than the guys who originally installed it. He very very communicative and showed up on time every time he had to visit our house. I think Sam did a great job and I would highly recommend him to anyone else who needs their heating or air conditioning units fixed. In fact, I wish I had just had him install in the first place!

The company that installed our Mitsubishi Mr. Slim Air Conditioning system 3 years ago refused to service it when it did not work this summer. After a frantic call to Mitsubishi, they referred me to Sam's Air Conditioning and I am SO sorry that our system was not installed by Sam. He and his workers are punctual, polite, neat and most of all know what they are doing with the complex electrical system of the very fine Mitsubishi AC. They had to bring in a 45' ladder through our downstairs neighbors' front windows & out their back deck (without a scratch or ruffled feather) and then worked on the outdoor unit suspended on the third floor wall. Sam found the problem, fixed it & showed me how to clean the filters (important with dirty NYC air). Finally we are able to sleep! Hurrah for Sam.
