Sagona provided such a great service from the time of the estimate to the project completion!! They were very knowledgable. I was able to view a landscaping 2-D design, which was well done, and provided me with a great picture of my ideas coupled with their expertise for the yard! They were on time and finished the huge project within less than a day. My backyard is now beautiful thanks to Sagona. I was even able to get detailed instructions when I had questions on maintenance care post the project completion. They have been very helpful, and now I can finally have family functions in the yard once the weather gets warm!!! I will definitely recommend them to others and utilize their services again!

We found Sagona Contracting, LLC on Angie's List and called for an estimate. Larry responded right away and set up a visit the very next day. Larry came over, reviewed what we wanted, offered alternatives and improvements, then the owner Tom gave us a verbal estimate. Tom also showed us a design photo of the project and provided some ideas for my driveway and backyard renovations. He also suggested alternatives on the color of the pavers which look very beautiful and match the existing stones of our house. Tom's proposal was the best as far as cost and design. What really made Tom stand out compared to the others was his professionalism and passion for his work. Tom explicitly explained in detail everything he was going to do and the services that would be provided. If I had any questions, he answered my calls promptly as well as all text messages. His crew arrived to begin working on my project, they worked very hard from 7 am to 5 pm for six consecutive days. With that, they transformed my yard and front of our house to the absolute best looking house in the neighborhood. The transformation is unbelievable. Tom's design is beautiful, the garden retaining added the "wow" factor. He completed the job in 6 days and left everything very clean and neat. The job was done with great quality and he also completed some repairs on our existing stones on the side of my backyard. My neighbors were amazed, as I am every time I look at what Sagona has done for the aesthetics of my home. I would recommend Sagona for any of your landscaping projects. You will get a professional, beautiful result. Working with Tom and his crew was a pleasure and we plan to use him again in the future of our house.

They showed up late for the estimate. The estimate was very high. I didn't end up using them due to the high estimate.

Larry from Sagona and his team were here on time everyday. They worked hard through the heat and even worked weekend days to make up for missed bad weather days. The owner and his son's visited frequently to ensure the job was going well and that my wife and I were happy with the job. We were very pleased with their work ethic and honesty. Our yard looks fantastic and we are hoping to use them again in the future for remodeling the front landscaping of our house. We would recommend Sagona landscaping to everyone. I tried to resurface the side walk in front of my commercial property, when I was stopped by a officer at the Department of Traffic. I was given a chance to correct my wrong doing. I called Tom at Sagona Contracting and he walked me thru the process. He made me feel at ease, Breaking down the process for a fine ($1,500.00). That was such a relief. We scheduled a time to meet and went over the job and recommended the best way to make sure that the problem would not reoccur. He even offered to extend the job further for only a few more dollars, making the job a lot nicer looking. Before calling tom, I had priced out a few other contractors that were too busy or to arrogant. They acted as if I needed them. Tom was the most professional person I could have asked for under such stress. He even gave me the opportunity to pay him way after the job was done and I even drop the payment off at his home. Tom was very accommodating. I have stone work on the exterior of my house and was having trouble selecting materials that matched. Tom was very helpful and pointed me in the right direction. He was always very responsive when I contacted him with questions and made the items and procedures included in the quote very clear and detailed so that it was easy for me to upgrade features that I wanted to and keep others that I felt were less important at a more basic level. The workers that came to the house were very nice, they were prompt, and worked efficiently and the job was done quickly, 2 days, as I was told, and most importantly the finished product was beautiful. I plan on using them again when I redo my driveway and would highly recommend them.

Tom Sagona went out of his way to finish the job with a tight deadline getting permits and answering every question I had with true professionalism. Tom's workers were perfect they kept the area clean and every aspect of the job was completed to perfection. I really never had the opportunity to thank Tom for everything he did. Thanks.

Tom initially came to my home and walked through the entire project with me and we worked through the many issues of how the installation would take place and where the sprinkler system water heads would be installed as well as how the system would work. Tom gave great consideration to what we wanted in the system and how it would work. We further discussed in detail how they would regrade the property to avoid the erosion that was occurring and then install river rock along the length of the home so that it would appear level but water would still roll away from the home and the soil would not continue to erode. They would also lay paver large blocks along the path so that we could walk along the property (the side of the home). Tom spent several trips to my home to continue to refine the project until we decided how we would proceed. Tom advised of the acheduled work day. On that date Tom and his large crew of men came to the home and professionally and cleanly installed the sprinkler system and regraded the property, laid down weed barrier, created a containment wall with concrete blocks and wood to hold the system in place. The finished the project in one day and left the property neat and clean as they were very clean workers and also cleaned up after the project was completed. tom later came to my home to show me how to run the entire sprinkler system and also came out to my home on several occasions to move a sprinkler head and adjust the sprinkler so that they hit everything just right. The workmanship was professional and the service was professional. We will be using Sagona to do additional work on the opposite side of our home to handle water drainage and control this coming spring. Tome has already come out to our home to go over that project and we have spent several trips to my home planning out and refining the upcoming project. Tom returns calls promptly and also returned my emails to him. We could not have asked for a more courteous and professional company than Sagona. I look forward to working with them in the future. Their workmanship is excellent as is their caring attitude that they want the project to come out right and for the customer to be happy. I would highly recommend this company.

The owner and his son were prompt and on site daily. They were kind and understood exactly what we wanted to do in our yard. Their suggestions were helpful and never pushed us to do more than we needed to do. The work was done meticulously, each worker had his area and paid close attention to lining up the pavers. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They even moved some of my plants and repented them for me when the job was completed.

I called Sagona Cont. to come have a look at the job & give me a price. Their representative Larry called, made an appointment to see the job and kept the appointment on time, explained exactly what had to be done, was friendly and took all the time needed to answer all of our questions. The price was not the cheapest in town nor was it the most expensive, I feel it was a good price to complete all the work they had to do. The job was started within two weeks. A crew of six men, Larry and owner Tom were all present the first day, their machinery was in excellent condition and the job got under way. A lot of dirt was hauled away. the wall built and the front was sweep and washed down when completed. The job lasted three days and the crew was efficient, pleasant, and knew exactly what they had to do, and the wall looked beautiful when finished. Overall this was a complete success because I hired the right contractor. I would recommend calling Sagona if you need work done.

Everything went smooth from start to finish. The Sagona father and son team are professional and reliable. They worked with us in the time leading up to the start of the project by answering all of our questions promptly and thoroughly. No condescending attitude that is all too prevalent amongst contractors; our inquiries and concerns were never dismissed. They clearly take a great deal of pride in their work and it shows. I received a total of 5 estimates and am very glad that I went with Sagona as their price fit our budget, our pool looks amazing and the process of getting it done was stress free.

They did a good job. They really know how to put bricks in. They are really good at that. They did it very quickly. They did the work in one day when it could have been a lot longer. It wasn't the cheapest, it cost a lot. That would be my only thing with it but other than that, it was very professionally and nicely done. It was a quality work.

Overall this was a big job, but deteriorating stairs 27 yo needed overhaul or rebuild. The team was courteous and prompt, the manager Larry was very good working with us and acting on our concerns. I liked that Tom Sagona, the owner, was here to see work on the site done daily or almost daily. It was a huge demolition job and significant stair and paver installation. It went very well took about 3 weeks to do full job. My wife and I are satisfied. The work cost more than we wanted, but are very happy with the results. The team provides quality workmanship and we used quality materials that Larry suggested, such as Pennsylvania Bluestone that looks very rustic but is durable and non-slip for stairs. Future winters will not be as scary with slip resistant stairs and our new pavers and concrete will not let weeds grow as much as before.

I used Tree Fox instead, which is an excellent service. I want you to know that the reason I used Tree Fox was because Sagona recommended them to me. Sagona told me that the service which I needed done, they did not do but highly recommended Tree Fox. On that reason alone, if you have a big job to be done, I would give them a call,

Sagona Contracting is a super professional company providing all aspects of landscaping beautification. They transformed my old backyard into an area of my home that will be enjoyed for many years. Everything went extremely smooth. All phone calls were responded to very quickly. Once I accepted the job was completed approx. one week later. Tom on the job from start to finish. Very professional company.

Our second project with Sagona and again very satisfied. They work with you on all aspects of the job, They stick to their time line, don't drag the job out. They address any issues you have during and after the job is complete. I totally recommend this company to do business with you get what you pay for and you won't be disappointed .

It went very well they came when they said they would, came with a crew of about eight . They worked neat and fast, they were very respectful and pleasant. I am happy with the work and recommend this company.

Some one showed up and asked me what I was looking for in terms of the yards. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He offered me alternative options and told me how things could work and be laid out. He also offered me free magazines on paver and stones for patio ideas. I have not yet used them for services other than the review, and I will receive the concepts in a few days. At which time I will do another review and determine the price and quality ratings.

The estimate was a little bit outside my budget so I am not sure if I would be using them. The estimate amount was about $4500.

We did not have them do the work. We chose to have the concrete work and tree removal done by two different providers to save ourselves some money. I would definitely recommend their services due to their professionalism and knowledge.
