Great service--professional, prompt, thorough, thoughtful. Couldn't have been more pleased. Appreciated everything about the way in which the work was done--with care and attention. Roger will be my go-to electrician from now on.

Roger was punctual, did great work and we thought his prices were very fair. We have used many electricians over the years and he is the first we have been happy with. They are a small company and not always available but we are willing to wait.

Very responsive and communicative. Kept me informed of when the parts would be in and when he could come to my home. Arrived right on time. Very knowledgeable and professional. Clean up any debris even when it was minor. I highly recommend him.

Roger and his team were responsive, prompt, very neat and tidy, and did an amazing job all around including troubleshooting an unexpected (and dangerous) wiring problem they discovered in the bathroom. We were very satisfied with the work and would hire them again.

Roger came over to our house a few weeks ago to give us an estimate of the work that needed to be done. We scheduled for him to start yesterday...and it took two days to finish the work. My husband had been doing drywall in the 2nd floor ceilings and the electrical had gone out. I was panicky that things were very bad. But Roger and his assistant figured out the issue and got the electric working again. They also installed a new panel in the basement b/c the old one had been recalled back in the 1970's. They re-grounded the house (which we didn't know we needed). And the most joyous part was getting lighting in the living room and an outlet in the bath. This is an old row house, and there's a lot of work being done. I especially appreciated that Roger and his assistant filled and spackled any holes they created in the ceiling and walls rather than just leaving them there. It was great.

We had a very small job but I wanted a professional to address it nonetheless. Roger came in promptly one morning and was very professional and personable and gave us a lot of good information. We thought that we might need to break open the ceiling to address a wiring problem but Roger inspected the fixtures and assured us that that would be overkill and it was not necessary. We had the replacement fixtures on hand and Roger was able to replace them immediately. Easy, painless.

He was excellent. Kept returning messages until he made contact. Came quickly and on time. Nice, polite, professional. Explained everything clearly and helped resolve a major problem that I didn't even know existed and would have been a dangerous situation. Can't say enough good things about my experience. Will stay loyal and recommend him to everyone I know.

He was on time got everything done in a day and cleaned up afterwards. I was very happy with the service and I have already recommended him to my friends.

In spite of the age of the house (built in 1905) and the numerous obstacles presented by the walls and ceiling of the finished basement Roger and his crew were able to install the new lines without having to break through any of the sheet rock on the walls or ceilings. Roger also replaced a broken light fixture in the basement for free. The overall cost of the job was extremely competitive. FYI I am existing customer of Roger's and previously used him for a large job last year. Roger's courtesy, professionalism and thoroughness are top notch.

I called Roger and told him what I needed to be done. He told me he would call me back with a date and time he could stop by. He did call me back and we made a date to meet. He came over and surveyed the job, gave me a price and made a date for the work to be done. Roger was very punctual and professional. He arrived on time with a helper and completed the job swiftly with no problems. Job was neat and they cleaned up after they finished. Very Satisfied.

Roger was the only electrician who got back to us quickly when we first called - we had to hound everyone else. He arrived early, was incredibly professional, and did the job well. He was honest and explained everything in detail. When one part of the job proved to be easier than expected, he told us and reduced the cost. He also checked the circuit box because he said it's not too often we have an electrician in our home, and it's always best to make sure everything's working properly. We are already recommending him to others, and we plan to use him again if we have another electrical task to do.

They were great. They were here on time, checked out the situation. Replace the outlet and gave some guidance on how to prevent future outage. I will eventually need to replace my panel and will definately give Roger de Electric a call when the time comes.

Roger and his co-worker were prompt and did a very professional job, including cleaning up after opening the walls and putting in wiring. When we realized that several fan blades had been installed upside down, which was only apparent in the evening light, he returned the next day and fixed it.

As an architect I've seen everything. Roger De is excellent. I contacted Roger De via Angie's List on Saturday, and on Monday at 2 the work was finished . . . not an emergency at all. Friendly, full explanations, timely. Will use them again.

I was called and given a time when the electrician would be there. He was punctual. I thought the price was reasonable and the work was performed right away, that same day.

He was prompt in arrival and worked into the evening until all was completed. He was very neat and each work area was left cleaned of any debris. He also provided us with an estimate by e-mail for an upgrade in the future, if we plan to do any further work. This is helpful for budgeting purposes. The only comment is that we did not receive a written paid invoice of the work completed. I would recommend him as a experienced, conscientious, and professional electrician who we would use again.

Roger is wonderful. He and his crew were very professional, conscientious, great to work with, and did very clean work. The only problem is that he's so good that he is super popular and therefore can be challenging to schedule.

Something went wrong with my outdoor outlet during a rainstorm (it burned and melted really bad) and it knocked out the power to my living room. I called a few electricians in my area but I never got a call back. I was skeptical but joined Angie's List just to try and get a reputable electrician. I left a message on Roger's machine with details of my problem and I received a call back within a few hours. He was willing to come over the same day, which was a pleasant surprise, but it didn't work for me since I was not home. We agreed on a time for the next day and he was right on time. They were very friendly, worked quickly, and the work was very professional. He said he had never seen an outlet burn as bad as the one on my house (which was unnerving) and made the extra effort to check my electric panel to make sure there were no issues and that it was safe. The price was very reasonable for the work and he even reminded me that I get a discount for hiring him through Angie's List. We are extremely happy to have found Roger and are already making plans to hire him for additional electric work in our house.

Roger was, and is, in all ways a Professional! He was truthful, punctual, immaculate and ,I might add, charming. The work he did was explained in detail, so there was no confusion, or reason for misunderstanding. My husband and I will be forever grateful for the work he did and will certainly be contacting him again, as, there is more work to be done.

Excellent job. Gave me a quote ahead of time, performed the work quickly and professionally. Made minimal number of holes in the walls to run the new electrical lines. Filled the holes they did make so that very little sanding is required. Very satisfied with job. Cleaned up well after job was done.
