done quickly, cleanly and professionally. Replaced old circuit breaker panel, made by Federal Pacific and considered hazardous. The home inspector urged us to replace this panel because of potential hazards, such as breakers not working when they should, thus posing an electrical fire hazard. Roger De electricians were courteous, eager to explain what has been done, and appeared knowledgeable and professional

It was a pleasure working with Roger and his team.... They typify how you can only dream of things going so well. Roger is the consumate professional who thoroughly assesses what the problems are and makes recommendations based only on what is necessary. They initially came very promptly in an emergency situation and always showed up when promised. The work was done with great care and precision since we had done a lot of cosmetics (like painting and refinishing) before the necessary electrical work was done. Roger was very careful in planning and executing the work so as to do as little drilling as possible. They cleaned up beautifully at the end of each day. I couldn't have had a better experience and only wish that Roger did plumbing too. He has my highest recommendation and I wouldn't hesitate to refer him and certainly use his services again.

These guys are the cream of the crop. They were very respectful and courteous throwout the experience. The finished product was neat, clean, thoughtful and of the highest quality. They clearly take great pride in their work and treat others the way they would want to be treated themselves if they were the customer. I cannot recommend them high enough.

The workers were extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, did a professional job, and cleaned up after themselves.

When he came in, the first thing he did was lay out a cloth to put all of his tools on. He cleaned up after himself as worked. Each time he left you would have never known anyone had been working in my house. He was an incredibly nice man, and I couldn't speak higher of him. He performed everything and more that he was asked to do. He did not charge me extra for the little things that came up. Whenever he started to do something new, he always came to me and explained what he was about to do and made sure he had my approval. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. I can truthfully say, and I have had a lot of people work in my home, that he is definitely the best.

Roger arrived on the day of the appointment within the window of time we had agreed on. He and his partner quickly got to work and were done within a matter of a few hours. They even cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with their service and attention to the task at hand.

This is absolutely the most professional and reliable service I experienced in the past 5 years. They are both reliable and reasonable. Most important, they are very thorough in every way. It is terrific to know that I finally have an experienced and professional electrician which is only a phone call away. I would not hesitate to call them in the future!

This started as one new AC line, but Roger noticed an older line was not to code and vulnerable to water intrusion, so the work order was changed to install two new lines. All work was done professionally and to code.

I have no dislikes. He did what he said, he communicated well and clearly. He was punctual, cleaned up after all his work and he worked efficiently. He got stuff done in the time frame he said he would or even less. He was also courteous and I couldn't ask for more. I think his price was fair, but I really don't know. The quality appears good.

I did not use him. He was higher than the others, but just from talking to him and getting the estimate, he was probably A1. I may even be sorry I didn't use him. He was very professional and he gave a very detailed estimate. He also had a ten percent off on Angie's List. He didn?t mention it but I saw it later so I would have gotten a break. I just think he would have done good work. He personally came out to give me the estimate. What I liked about him was that he said that all damage made by them to route the feeder line would be plastered by them but painted by others. He was going to re-plaster and nobody offers that. I liked him. I am sorry I didn't use him even if I would have had to spend the extra couple of thousands. He comes from a family of electricians. His father was an electrician. It is within his blood. He was very professional and he knew what he was looking at. He was very competent. He was really good. He either came early or on time. He was very conscious of being on time. He answered the phone. He was easy to reach. I should have used him.

Roger and his assistant were at my home (a co-op apartment in an 1870s land-marked church) in Brooklyn Heights. They spent about 2 and half hours trying to determine where wire connections and booster boxes were located in this old stone church - a true mystery! At one point they waited for 1/2 hour to be let into offices in the basement of the church. They figured everything out only to be thwarted by the office manager below refusing to give them access to one of the hidden boxes. After working so hard and spending all of this time Roger said he didn't feel it was right to take any money from me because the job was not completed (through no fault of his). That type of honesty and work ethic is so rare these days. I will definitely be using Roger and his company in the future and recommending him to my friends and fellow co-op owners.

Roger De Electric was very prompt, professional and courteous. He seemed knowledgeable and confident about the field of electricity. Roger explained in detail the situation and solution to the problem. The estimated service charge quoted over the phone was the same upon completion of the job. I will definitely use Roger De Electric again.

I called to get an estimate and Roger was here promptly, was very professional and provided a complete and detailed quote. He also presented some ideas for adding air conditioning to our 101 year old house which we will likely do. I look forward to working with them.

Roger removed 2 ancient, jerry-rigged ceiling fans for us, replacing then with 2 light fixtures, one of which wasn't wired to be hung from the ceiling (but rather plugged in). He figured it out somehow using parts from his truck. He also installed 3 dimmers in record time. We'll have him back as soon as the fixture for our bedroom arrives - very impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail, resoursefulness and friendliness.

I needed an electrician to do a job that others did not want to do. He not only accommodated to my busy schedule but he came on time and quickly assessed the situation and explained it to me. He solved the problem within the estimated time and I was able to go to work without having to ask for any time off. I could not have been any better.

He gave me a start date with an estimate of how long it would take and he was right on target. I would recommend him to anyone without any doubt as to the outcome. Rodger is a young man with a strong work ethic and let me tell you they don't make them like that any more.
