Roger De is very professional and personable. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and he even came early in the morning to accomodate my work schedule. He is very punctual. We kept in touch via e-mail while I gathered all of the information he needed to provide an estimate. I have really grown to trust him. He is very easy to talk to and reasonable, which is so nice. I have already made plans to have more work done in our home with him and recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician.

This was a great experience. Roger arrived promptly with two other workers, repaired our doorbells, and installed a light fixture. They were courteous, tidy, and careful. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

I had called Roger De Electric a few weeks back - and was so very pleased with the service and quality of work. I did not hesitate to call the company back when I needed some additional electrical work done. AGAIN, I cannot express how extremely pleased I was with the whole experience. I called Jennifer and explained that I would be available this week to get the work done. Roger called me back, asked me questions on what the issues were, and promised to be at my house the following day. Needless to say, Roger and Anthony were at my door at the agreed-upon time. AGAIN, they were so professional and immediately got to work on the issues. The work was done in no time and when completed, Roger actually vacuumed the work area and ensured everything was in working order with no clean up left to do. It really is not very often that you run across such a professional, efficient and skilled company on multiple occasions. I have found this to be completely true with Roger De Electric, and I am confident that anyone engaging this company for electrical work will agree. My experience was excellent (A+)!

I had called and left a message that I was having trouble with my kitchen lighting. I received a very prompt call back, with an immediate (and flexible) appointment. I received another call confirming the Electtricians were on their way. As soon as they arrived, they introduced themselves and immediately got to work. I was so impressed with their workmanship and courtesy...they were terrific. When the work was completed, they made sure the work area was spotless. It is clear to me that this is a very professionall Company and one that I will continue to reach out to when I need electrical work done right.

A very professional business. Dish washer was not working called Roger and set up date for service. Roger was on time for the appointment saw the problem and fixed it. Cleaned up after the work and reconnected the dishwasher. Explained what caused the problem in the first place. Completely satisfied with the work and would used Roger again in the future regarding any electrical issues.

We had a truly great experience - they set expectations about the service date (they were very busy at the time and told us it would take two weeks before they could install the lights - and they kept that date). They arrived on time on the scheduled date, and did the work very quickly. They checked with us on each light to ensure we were happy with how it had been installed, and followed up with us a couple of weeks later to ensure we were still happy. I was really impressed with the level of service and will definitely work with them again.

I told them before they came that it was a small job. He called back and asked for an explanation, and told me that he thought he would be able to come during the week and would call before he came. He called yesterday to let me know he would be out today. He was kind enough to call again today before he came out. He did a great job. I was thrilled with his punctuality, kindness in calling before coming, and the job he did. He also gave me a discount because I found him through Angie's List.

Rodger & his assistant arrived at the house & the designated time 8:30AM & proceeded to work at replacing the defective circuit breakers. They were finished by 3pm. No problems at the house on any electrical issue since.

Roger & his crew of Joe and Anthony did a wonderful job on the work requested. Roger was patient in explaining what needed to be done & why in laymen's terms, which inspired confidence and trust. He labeled all the circuit breaker panels clearly and efficiently, made sure the breakers were all the same type. He's knowledgeable, professional & personable. There were no surprises - they showed up when they said they would, completed the job, cleaned up & did additional work that was not originally requested. I would use them again & recommend them enthusiastically.

Based on our previous experience with Roger on a smaller job, we chose him again for the bigger job of replacing the electric panels in our old (100+ year old) home. The basement is not finished, so it was quite a lot of work. He also did the job the right way and got a permit from Con Ed. We got two other quotes, one was about the same and the other was higher, but neither of the other service providers indicated that they were going to get permits. I like that Roger De Electric did the job the proper way and when I go to sell my house I won't have any permitting issues. As in our first experience, the electricians were prompt, courteous and neat. I would definitely recommend them.

On Sept 14 I wrote a review that was, as I found out later, unfair. There were extenuating circumstances that I was not aware of which prevented Roger from returning my call immediately. He did call the following day. He was very nice and professional and answered all my questions and gave me an estimate over the phone. He also gave me some advice as to how I could solve some of the problems I have with fans.

He was prompt, professional and warm. He provides old fashioned service...you can tell he really cares about his clients and making sure they understand everything and that they're happy with the service he provides. He also cares about the quality and integrity of his work. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

I called for appointment, which he kept promptly. Called in two days with an estmate and with a promise of completion within two weeks. He called to schedule, he and two others arrived on time, and completed the job as promised. THey were all professional, very neat, cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend and certainly use again.

Roger and Anthony came on time and rewired everything,replaced a blown fuse,and several switches in our house.After they were done(at my request)Roger did a full walk through of our house to make sure the rest of the electric was ok.Roger and Anthony were both friendly and professional.They were always ON TIME as well.When the time comes that I need electrical work done in our house again I would with a doubt call Roger de Electric and would also highly recommend them to anybody

Roger was as good as his word-and more. I requested a quote to update an old fuse box. During his visit to scope out the job, He noticed that the AC was not grounded. He also noticed that and old window AC power outlet was also not grounded. These discoveries and subsequent repairs gave us piece of mind. He also added a new wall outlet that was previously behind our bed. He indicated that it was not safe. Our bed could bang up against the old outlet and potentially cause sparks. Throughout the performance of the work, Roger showed and explained to me what was added and removed. He actually organized the electrical wires that had been left by the previous contractors. He also marked/wrote where each power source was located. He cleaned up his debris and took it out to his truck- not leaving it to us to move it to the curb. I would highly recommend him to anyone who values information and is looking for a professional Electrician. His pricing is very competitive.

Roger and his team are fantastic. They came the same day I called them. Despite having to endure the terrible heat of my attic to fix the light fixture, they completed the job and did not complain at all. They explained to me what the problem was and gave me two options of how to fix it. They also corrected a problem in a light fixture on the second floor. Roger and his team are very professional, well-mannered, efficient, and the price was great. I highly recommend Roger and I would definitely use them again.

Fabulous experience with Roger and his crew. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, were very professional and personable, and finished the entire task list in three hours. He is very good and I get along with him very well. I highly recommend him to others. The price was very reasonable. He replaced four or five outlets. They were loose, put the plug in, and half way out. They needed to be replaced.

I left a message in the evening, and the office returned my call the next morning. I asked roughly how much he expected it would cost, and I made an appointment for the following morning. They took the time to help me understand what could be going wrong with our electric bill, and to ensure things in the house were working as they should be. He also gave us advice on how prevent problems in the future. This was all in addition to the work I had requested they do. The bill was as expected. Roger and his team were thorough, courteous, punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with them, and we will definitely recommend them to friends.

Roger was punctual and cordial. Was able to react quickly with requests on the spot. Adjusted his schedule to complete the requested work in a timely manner and cleaned up the space when finished. Would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

I had a ceiling light that was not working and Roger De Electric returned my call and was very good with discussing what the problem might be. He was very nice and took the time to answer all my questions and he gave me various estimates of what it would cost to fix the light. I told him I wanted to replace the light with a fan/light and he also made suggestions on what type of fan I should buy. We set a date to meet and he arrived right on time. He had to do some trouble shooting to find the problem and showed me the damaged wire and gave me a price before he fixed it. I agreed and he had the light working and the fan was installed within a short amount of time. es
