+ 0 moreclean up crew did satisfactory job of leaf p/u claimed they were there for an hour charged $86+tax. one time p/u,,hard to believe! when we questioned him about the length of time and how he came up with the price he got very nasty screaming and yelling very unprofessional if he did not want to do the job all he had to do was say it..very dissapointed in him thought he was a nice guy and again did a much bigger job for a lot more money, that we were very sastified with, it didnt pay to argue over $86 dollars so we just paid him.
Description of Work: terrible experience did not give an estimate claimed the cleanup crew did an hours worth of work charged $86 + tx to p\u leaves in the front and side of house for a one time clean up. (totally unreasonable), i hired another landscaper to do the job at $50 for 3- time p\u a month took them only 25 min to p/u the leaves plus did the rear yard. also got another estimate for $45 from another landscaper again three times a month..he had did a much bigger block&concrete driveway job earlier in the year for us and we were very happy, don't know what happened afterwards and why he did not do well on the leaf clean-up job and overcharged us its just leaf cleanup not anything complicated!

+ -1 moreI MAYBE HAD SOME CONTACT WITH THEM ONCE AND NO ONE HAD TO BE HERE SO I ONLY SAW THEM ONCE. I HAD SOME QUESTIONS ON BILLING. THERE WERE SOME DISPUTES OF HOW MANY TIMES THEY HAD COME IN A MONTH. I HAD HIRED THEM TO SAVE TIME ON MY PART, BUT AFTER ALL OF THESE COMPLICATIONS I AM GOING TO CUT THE GRASS MYSELF NEXT YEAR.
Description of Work: IT IS CUTTING THE LAWN AND CLEANING UP AFTER IN THE FRONT AND BACKYARD.

+ -1 moreTHEY STARTED OUT VERY GOOD, BUT IT RAPIDLY WENT DOWNHILL TO THE POINT WHERE I AM NOT GOING TO HIRE THEM AGAIN. THEY TRIED TO BILL ME FOR THINGS THEY CLAIMED THEY DID, BUT THEY NEVER DID. THEIR BILLS WERE ALWAYS WRONG. THEY KEPT PUTTING ON EXTRA CUTS AND EXTRA FERTILIZATION THAT I KNEW DID NOT TAKE PLACE. I TALKED TO THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND IT NEVER IMPROVED. THE WORK THAT THEY DID WAS GOOD, BUT THEIR MANAGEMENT AND BILLING DEPARTMENT HAVE NO CLUE WHAT IS GOING ON.
Description of Work: THEY TAKE CARE OF MY LAWN. THEY GIVE IT FOOD AND TREAT IT FOR BUGS. PRICE IS PER TREATMENT.
