Paul was professional and courteous from my initial phone call with him; he is genuinely a nice guy who wants to help. Joe was great! Knowledgeable, courteous and extremely thorough when checking my home. He explained everything that he needed to do. Joe too, like Paul, is a genuinely nice guy who wanted to help. Once Joe left, Paul called me within 30 minutes to make sure I was happy and to let me know he would follow up with me within a few days. I was having a cicada killer problem in the backyard. Joe came to the house in an hour and a half which was great. He found lots of holes where the wasps live and treated them with chemicals. Joe was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company.
