Very professional communication before, during, and after my service. They explained the process and checked in to make sure all was well the next day. I would highly recommend.

I live with my 90 year old Grandmother and 4 month old daughter and I had a squirrel lose in my kitchen. I called so many places and was given outrageous prices or was told someone couldn’t come in for a week. I put in a request via home advisor and Paul from Rid A Bug reached out to me very quickly, he was very concerned about my issue and gave me a great price. Paul then sent Joe to my house immediately. Joe thoroughly explained what needed to be done and made sure I was okay with everything before he did it. Joe had my House squirrel free in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely use their services again and I would recommend them to everyone. They were kind, courteous, respectful and handled everything in a timely manner. We had a issue with ants that we tried to solve on our own for too long. By the time we contacted rid-a-bug, it was out of control. They resolved it quickly, thoroughly, and professionally. They went out of their way to come the same day I called, and were super reassuring throughout the whole process. I am extremely happy with their service and I would highly recommend.

These guys are top notch. Came by on short notice to treat a wasp nest in the hot attic. They explained simply and professionally what needed to be done, and their rates are very reasonable. We will have them back later this season to finish up the job, and again the beginning of next season for preventative treatment. Make them your first and only call.
