Had a leak in the ceiling in one of the second floor bedrooms-Richmond county said my 10 year old roof needed replacement-he installed new roof shinles over the existing roof--several months later during a rain storm I again had a leak in the same bedroom--Richmond Roofing came over and perform roof repairs--2 months ago during a storm, a corner of the roof lost 15-20 roof shingles Tom of Richmond Roofing replaced all missing shingles Richmond Roofing stands by their work

They said they would get right back to us with prices, but they never did. We called the company, and they said they would sent it. But they never did.

He guaranteed the work and said he would come back if I had any issues. I trusted his opinion of the job. I thought the price was a little high.
Description of Work: I had a leak in one of the bedrooms of one of my apartments. After assessing the situation he let me know that the aluminum siding needed to be caulked. He caulked along the window sill and aluminum siding. It took him about twenty minutes to do the job.
