They didn't replace all the gutters, but the ones that they did replace are loose. They fixed it directly into the roof instead of lifting up the shingles. It's so loose that now the water just drains the opposite way, it just kind of sits there and then leaks. They also had given us a very hard time initially because they wouldn't come out if it's cold or if it rains. We were supposed to have the gutters done in October-November and then we waited the whole winter for the weather to get nicer and then the wouldn't come out until like March or April to do it. They were terrible and they didn't come back and rectify their shoddy work, so we had to call somebody else.

It went well.

Sales rep was very helpful. Installation went well. Had to have them back roof was leaking. Came back quickly and fixed the problem.

Our house, like many in the area, is from a time well before double pane glass, and has quite a lot of windows to boot. So replacing all of them (27!) was obviously a big and expensive undertaking and we did over a year of research on the subject and got quotes from two major installers here on SI (Richmond Aluminum and WindowRama), two contractors, one big box store (HD), and one manufacturer (Pella). We decided that we wanted all Gorell windows as they offer the best quality/price ratio for our purposes. Richmond Aluminum does Gorell, so we went to their showroom and checked them out in person. The "wood" ones are really quite believable, come in many finishes and are probably the best made in america vinyl window there is. They are very solid and also look extremely classy from the outside, too. We set up an appointment with Dan to come over and measure and give us a quote. Dan (who is an excellent salesman and smart guy) brought over samples and swatches, and over several visits and quote revisions we discussed all of our options to the point that we now feel as though we're experts on replacement windows and were very happy with our decision, and the price we got was very good. We signed the contract and after coming out to measure one more time, about 8 weeks later they were ready to start installing. The weather during installation was miserable, but they did a good job in spite of this. There were two installers and one assistant who did the removing, installing and capping. The installers were punctual and professional. We have a lot of very old, irreplaceable wood trim on our windows and they took good care of it. As there were so many windows and the weather was not cooperating it took about two weeks to finish. But what a difference it made! Especially during this winter. Couldn't be happier with the results. We will be using them again soon for some custom doors and smaller windows, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

The installation was scheduled for May 9,2013 between 11am and 1pm. It was raining that morning and no one showed up. At 2PM I called the office and the woman told me that because of the rain the men did not work. I told her it would have been nice if she had called me to let me know that they would not be coming. She said she did not realize that I was on the schedule! So I rescheduled for the following day. The installers came and did a very nice and professional job. I am satisfied with the installation and would use the company again., although I would call in the morning to confirm that they were coming.

went good overall. had a few glitches and we came to agreement right away . they DO NOT run away from problems--very personable and very honest ----you must review your schematics throughly which before you sign off on . found some errors and had them correct before i signed off
