+ -1 moreTHE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN A GOOD EXPERIENCE. IT'S A FAMILY COMPANY AND THEY ARE VERY CONCERNED THAT EVERYTHING THEY DO IS RIGHT. I THINK IT'S THE IMPRESSION THEY GIVE YOU THAT THEY ARE GENERALLY CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
Description of Work: THEY DO PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE ON MY MAIN SEWER LINE ONCE A YEAR.

+ -1 moreTHEY'RE GREAT, FRIENDLY, RESPOND WELL, TRUSTWORTHY AND ARE WELL INFORMED. THEY TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS IN A VERY TIMELY FASHION. THE TOILET WORKS NOW AND I AM HAPPY. THE PRICE WAS TOO MUCH, BUT THEY COULD HAVE CHARGED $10 AND I WOULD STILL COMPLAIN.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO REMOVE THE TOILET AND CLEAN OUT THE PIT.
