Honesty is their trade mark. I did notice from the beginning of the conversation that they wanted to assure my satisfaction,not gaining their business. Mr.Lorenzo was listening to me very carefully, when I explained what I need to get done.Then he explained positive and negative sides of my plan.Also he suggested few things to change and add. At the end I was able to find a very good plan for my project. I wish them good luck.

Amazing craftsmanship, very knowledgeable and professional. Lorenzo is a phenomenal contractor I used him for my entire house, electrical , plumbing , kitchen , tiles , backsplash, appliances living rooms , dining rooms, bedrooms, basement you name it he can do it. I personally will be using Pro home improvements for all of my household needs in the future. And I highly recommend Pro home improvements to anybody that wish is to do any home-improvement’s in their houses or work locations.

Lorenzo, the owner at Pro Home Improvements is a very competitively priced contractor. Unfortunately, one gets what one pays for. Lorenzo did decent work, but he is extremely rude and inconsiderate towards his customers. He smoked out of our kitchen window while renovating it - without our permission, which we would not have given. When my wife asked him if she needed to cover the kitchen floor to protect it, he said no and that he'd do that. He never covered the floor and it was badly damaged by burn marks and a deep gouge in one floor board. He replaced the damaged board, but because he wouldn't listen to us he brought the wrong color wood and there are obviously wrong colored boards in the floor that we will now have to replace at added expense. His smoking out the window, and related slamming of that window open and closed, caused a screw to come loose and lodge between the two window panels. When I went to close it later the screw caused the top panel to crack and now we will have to replace that window. We made him come back to fix the cabinet doors which rubbed together, one of which rubbed against the over-the-range microwave and became damaged. Nonetheless, we got what we paid for, and can live with these errors. What makes me hesitant to recommend Lorenzo to anyone is his horrible attitude. He is rude and condescending and incredibly vulgar, even for a contractor. His carelessness reflects his lack of respect for customers. Hire a different contractor even if they cost more.

I dealt primarily with Lorenzo. The entire experience was smooth and happily uneventful.

ALONG WITH THE WORK HE POINTED POUT AREA'S ON THE FLASHING WHICH NEED ED WORK. FAIR PRICE ON THAT AND OTHER WORK I ASKED TO BE PERFORMED.

Lorenzo and his team renovated my brooklyn coop which was in bad condition. They found water damage from the old pipes which they repaired and charged a reasonable price for the extra services. Overall, the entire process was quick and the results were great for the price.

Pro Home improvements is a reliable company. They call you back right away and are available for any questions or concerns.They completed my bathroom exactly when they said it would be done even a little earlier. I am happy with my new bathroom and I look forward to more projects being done by them.
