I used platinum restoration to build a closet, knock down walls, remove my kitchen as well as walls & floors, crack repair in my ceilings and paint to prep me for the next step, kitchen cabinets. . They did an excellent job! measured, used quality lumber, drywall etc. the site was cleaned everyday. no dirt which i greatly appreciated. Timmy the owner stays on site to make sure all work is completed to the customers satisfaction. he is meticulous, clean, extremely knowledgeable. I felt safe, knowing I had a professional help me with the plans and designs which I was working towards in my condo. Timmy communicates with you continuously to make sure that you are pleased. Timmy is very reasonable compared to our contractors. He works with you which is important. The price he quotes is the price. He really helps people on tight budgets. Our kitchen looks fantastic, With his help, our 1970s kitchen is now modern with no gut job required. We have saved a considerable amount of money and did not have to purchase a $15,000+ new kitchen! The custom grey, hint of sparkle, marble look quartz counter-top is unbelievably beautiful. We received other estimates from other contractors that were double or more the price for the same work! I hired him to reapiar the paint from water damage from the roof, and he was accommodating with both my schedule and my tenant's schedule.
