Pagoda Pools

Closing went fine. Opening on the other hand was a disaster. Paid two hundred dollars for them to take the cover off and roll it in a ball and reconnect filter and heater which were not connected correctly. I have air bubbles and a drip from the fittings not on right, therefore no chlorine in my pool because the filter does not have the right pressure. Asked them to come fix it, charged me to fix it now I have more air and bubbles and a bigger drip and even less pressure. Said they would return this morning no show, no call. When I spoke to the owner Rick he was unnecessarily rude. Basically blaming me. If I knew anything about pools I wouldn’t need a pool company, I never claimed to be pool savvy this being a new pool and all. I honestly don’t know how they are still in business. Rude service, unknowledgeable staff (or just lazy). Save yourself the headache and look for another company.

I WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND FROM DAY ONE. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN HE WAS A LIAR. FIRST HE TOLD ME HE THOUGHT I WANTED A SPECIAL COLOR....THEN HE WAS GOING TO PICK IT UP.....THEN HE WAS WAITING FOR IT TO COME FROM UPS....THEN HE HAD TO ORDER IT CUSTOM.....THEN IT CAME THEY WERE GOING TO INSTALL...THEN IT WAS THE WRONG LINER....KNOWIT WAS AT A PLACE IN NJ TO BE CUT.....THEN THEY WERE SENDING IT....THEN WE WERE WAITING FOR UPS....FINALLY THEY CAME AFTER A MONTH AND IT WAS THE WRONG LINER. PETE DID NOT EVEN CALL TO SAY HE WAS SORRY IN FACT HE HUNG UP ON MY HUSBAND. PETE HAS NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS NOR DOES HE CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS. I HAD TO GO THERE AND ONE DAY HE TOLD US THE LINER WAS COMING BY 5 FROM UPS TO COME GET IT....AT 5:05 THE DOORS WERE LOCKED THE NEXT MORNING WHEN I WENT TO SEE WHERE IT WAS HE TOLD ME HE DOES'T WORK FOR ME!! IMAGINE TELLING A PAYING CUSTOMER THAT. THIS IS THE SAME DAY HE DISMISSED ME AND TOLD ME IT WAS BEING INSTALLED AND THEN CAME WITH A RECTAGULAR LINER FOR AN OVAL POOL. WHAT A DISGRACE!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS HE GIVES SMALL BUSINESS PEOPLE A BAD NAME.

He couldn't have been nicer. He told me when he could come, showed up on time, and made the filter work a little better.

They were excellent. They are very responsive. You call them up if there are any problems. If the service man missed something or didn't complete everything the way it was suppose to be done they immediately send somebody back to rectify the problem. They give you a reasonable time frame. So, you don't have to sit home all day if you want to be there when they come. They are very thorough. They do a very good job.

This is a weekly service. To date, the service provider is doing an excellent job. I am extremely satisfied. I highly recommend this company for pool maintenance.
