My husband and I met Michele when we went to look at a new construction. We immediately fell in love with Michele and her easy-going demeanor. She took us through the house, explaining every minor detail about the house as well as the surrounding area. She was also able to answer almost every question we had about the house. For the rare question we had that she was uncertain about, she immediately contacted the builder and was able to get us the information we needed. She was also very quick to answer her phone if we thought of a question when we were not with her. Michele presented the house and the area in a way that my husband and I needed to buy it. After deciding to purchase our new home, with Michele as the listing agent, we decided that we wanted Michele to also be the agent to sell our house. Michele had the same demeanor while presenting our house as she did the other. Michele told us the price she thought we could get our house for and explained her reasoning on why we should list our house at the price we did. Michele is extensively connected throughout Staten Island and was able to bring in many potential buyers the first day the house was listed. We accepted an offer on our house less than a week after the listing. The simultaneous closing process for both homes would have been extremely stressful for both of us if it hadn’t been for Michele. Michele was able to thoroughly explain (yet put everything in simple, understandable terms) all there was to know about the closing process. Michele made the buying and selling process a happy and stress-free one, and we are eternally grateful to have met such a kind, dedicated, and knowledgeable person as Michele and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home.
