Called Nelson on Thursday morning. Needed large wooden shed and pool removed.Friday afternoon job completed and cleaned up. Just hired him again for another job. Fast, reasonable priced highly recommend.

N&M Demolition provided great service and the job went well. There was an initial assessment and quote; and we agreed upon a price, date, and time. They were punctual, efficient, skilled, and careful in dismantling and removing the washer and dryer from a small space. They left the area broom clean when they finished. I highly recommend them and plan to use them again.

My demo job was scheduled quickly and the guys arrived 10 minutes earlier on demo day. They were thorough, professional, kind and caring. I would never ever call anyone else to do my demo job. I'm an Officer in NY and trust me I demand perfection. I had a person demo before getting in touch with Nelson of N&M, and they did a half "A" job. N&M carted everything away and left my home in broom clean condition. I wouldn't hire anyone ever again for demo. I wish they did tile to replace the horrible tile job that person also did. I would definitely hire them again. Thanks N&M for helping me start to get my property fully functioning again.

It was a one day work and they have a reasonable price, they are efficient and do a lot of work on my porch, shed and deck.

Excellent, The owner, Nelson, is a perfect gentlemen and performs first rate professional rubbish removal. He responded immediately, took everything away and left the area clean. First of all, and most importantly now, Nelson and his crew showed up wearing masks. I was contacted within 5 minutes of submitting my request. Met with him and had an estimate within an hour. They showed up promptly the next morning and job completed in 2 hours. Extremely efficient. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Wish I had done this years ago. In addition they are very personable. You will actually enjoy them at your home.

Excellent experience. Nelson came on time as promised and gave me a detailed estimate for the work to be done. The day the work was to be performed, six workers showed up on time, did exactly what they said they would do and worked very efficiently. They apologized that they could not complete the work in that one day and promised to return on the following Monday. They showed up when they promised and completed all of the work. I was very pleased that they cleaned up very well after the work was completed.

Fabulous awesome job from beginning to end, Nelson and Sal were wonderful to work with, they took care of every detail including clean up. Everyone was wonderful, including the crew. I would definitely use them again.

we called N&M on a Saturday and spoke to Nelson; he was friendly and pleasant to speak with. we sent Nelson a picture of what needed to be picked up to get an estimated quote for the service. he responded immediately with a reasonable quote for the job and we scheduled an appointment for Monday. everything went as agreed. Nelson and I kept on communication the entire time. n&m's crew showed up and in no time the entire place was cleaned up of debris. they even broom swept the entire floor space. N&M was reliable and we will certainly use again. Thanks Nelson and well done !!!

I spoke to Nelson on Monday morning over the phone and described the job. He penciled me in for Friday morning. We closed on Wednesday, and then Nelson came by on Thursday morning to scope the site and give the full quote. By the end of Thursday, he had lined up his truck and 9 guys to do the job. They showed up at 8 am on Friday and got straight to work. They did an incredible job, especially considering the challenge of carrying all of the material down 5 flights of stairs. Throughout the day, Nelson and his partner Sal were excellent communicators. They sent regular text message updates and were always incredibly responsive. Nelson's team did not damage the space at all during the process, which is fantastic. They had to carefully work around some pipes while demolishing the ceiling, and everything was done well. And we just finished the renovation now, and the hardfloors are perfect. I can't imagine a demolition team that could possibly be any better. I've already recommended Nelson to multiple friends.
