Called Richie Thursday. He and Vincent came over Friday and agreed to repair the foundation for $825. They came over early Saturday morning, repaired foundation. Also found it wasn't as bad as first thought, so they reduced repair bill to $625.

The owner came out to my house. Veey honest and direct guy. Told me what he would charge for the job and said that if i have time on my hands and cannot spend the money, i can do it myself. Even told me how. Appreciate the honesty. Will call.and use him in future. Andre

I could not be happier with the way the stairs look. I am so glad they recommended granite treads instead of limestone. I plan on hiring them again when I repave my driveway.

Richie discusses materials he uses when you ask him. He came and gave me an estimate in numbers on his business card but not a description or work with materials to be used. I called him a few times to discuss materials, he uses roofing waterproof membranes not suggested by company, and received a call back a few days later. So he gave me his cell number to expedite agreement on materials. He came back another time to look at other work I wanted done and gave me prices again verbally, but no written estimate. I made an appointment for the work to be done.Then he said, as he was leaving, "I will give you a contract after the work is done and you pay me." I texted him to clarify this statement but no response . So I texted again to cancel and he said how did I get his cell number and his phone was broken. He is very polite and wished me luck. I never responded. What good is hiring a Super Service Award contractor if the basic business practices , like giving proper estimates and contracts, are not adhered to in a timely fashion.

I have been doing a lot of work around my home lately and my biggest pet peeve is when people just plain don't call back. Richie was fantastic, professional and a breeze to work with. He provided an estimate in a timely basis that was very competitive. The work started and finished on time as promised. His entire team is extremely respectful and polite. AND EVEN BETTER... the work that they did was excellent. I am very pleased. Never having worked with concrete before I didn't completely understand the process but Richie was very patient and explained everything to me. Of course a few days after the job finished I started looking at concrete work everywhere I was going and I have to say the Mr. Brickman team did a top notch job. CALL THEM, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.

Rich and Vinny are top notch. They are both very personable, courteous and fair when it comes to the business they run. They kept me in the loop throughout the project and made sure that I was aware of everything that was happening along the way. They made sure to ask my opinion and what I wanted so the job would be done to my satisfaction. I have worked with many contractors where they just do it their way which more then likely is the cheaper way but these guys wanted to make sure the job was done right the first time and to my satisfaction regardless of whether it took them a little more time to do it. You can't find contractors like this anymore. Overall I couldn't be happier with the job from start to finish.

Very well. Relieved because I hate water damage

They came a little early made the repair quickly and cleaned up leaving it like no one had been there other than the fact that there was wet concrete. Looks good and haven't had any water in the basement since they fixed it.

We contacted three contractors. Vincent from Mr. Brickman gave us the best price and instilled confidence. He and his men were polite, professional and skillful. They did an excellent job on our steps. We're very pleased with his price, timeliness, attitude and work. We would definitely hire again.

We had 2 projects for our yard and received quotes from a few companies. On one project, Mr. Brickman was comparatively priced but they were a few thousand dollars more on the 2nd project. So we decided to go with a different and lower priced competitor...and it was a BIG mistake! The issues with the other competitor are too numerous to list all here, but suffice it to say it was a nightmare. In addition to changing aspects of the design that were already verbally agreed upon, they were a no show on multiple occasions and tried to change the payment terms/timing mid-project and contrary to the signed contract. This other contractor even stopped work for weeks at a time, leaving us with unsafe conditions on the property and no access to the front door. We learned later that they were using a subcontractor and wondered whether the workers were authorized to work in the US. However, Mr. Brickman came to our rescue and we are extremely grateful. They came out a couple of time to prepare quotes and discuss our needs in terms of project design, materials, quality, etc. They were willing to work through the issues of a half-completed project to bring about a great end result. They were very straightforward and easy to work with and with none of the headaches we experienced with the other contractor. Their guys were professional and courteous and they worked in very cold temperatures to get our project done before the holidays. We've received a lot of compliments regarding the parts of the project that Mr. Brickman completed. Learn from our mistake - stay away from the lowest bidder and go with a trusted crew. The reviews and ratings on Angie's List are a powerful tool and don't lie. Mr. Brickman will do a high quality and professional job at a reasonable price and according to everything that was agreed to upfront.

They did an excellent job! They were responsible and the price was very reasonable, too. They stayed here from the beginning to end, and the job is done!

Vinny, one of the owners, gave us a fair price. His work crew arrived on the day and the time specified. They did a wonderful job and left the area even better than they found it in that they removed plant material from a section we wanted filled in with concrete. They were very thorough and neat. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Did very good work for a fair price. Gave us some advice on design elements of the job, which was very helpful. Richie and Vinny were honest, friendly and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely use them again for other masonry work.

If I could give them an A+ in punctuality and responsiveness I. would. Always got a quick cal back and quickly remedied any issues. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I would recommend them and will use them in the future.

half of project performed in the Fall before winter set in. all work done timely, as promised, and with very satisfactory results. second half of project to be completed in the spring of 2017 when the weather breaks. I anticipate the second phase to go as well as the first but will update and with photos upon completion. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive...you get what you pay for, so in my opinion their pricing was very fair for the great work done.

Great ! Were here early and actually finished early

We were very pleased with the job that Richie, Vinnie, and their crew did at our home. It was easy to schedule an appointment with them and they provided answers to any questions that we had. We had a couple of entryway issues that we had to deal with at the same time and they were patient, helped us with the issue, and did a great job over-all. I would definitely hire them again and have already recommended them to friends.

Richie and his crew did a great job, working quickly and efficiently. It took them only about half a day to take apart the old stoop, and build a new one using brick, cement, and large stone/cement slabs. They came on time, cleaned up after themselves, were friendly and polite, and created a very attractive front stoop for my mom. We got the kind of service and final product that we hoped for, and at a very fair price. We also received a 5 year warranty on the workmanship. We'd use Mr. Brickman again.

They were extremely professional in all aspects of the work, They arrived quickly to assess the yard and provide a price for the work. The fee was reasonable based on other estimates I received. The workers arrived when promised,and completed the job quickly and efficiently. The yard looks great and I am very happy with it. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of this type of work!

After reading all the wonderful reviews and having Rtichie recommended by family, I went ahead with them for all the work I needed to be done in my driveway and backyard. I could not be happier! Ritchie and his team were professional, extremely hard working, punctual, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. Nothing was a problem to do or fix and Ritchie made it a point to explain what needed to be done and how exactly he was tackling the issue. All the work was completed within the promised timeframe and it went as smoothly as possible despite the constant rain for 5 days straight! Richie from Brickman took the time to discuss our issue on the phone first. He then scheduled an appointment to come to the building and evaluate the situation. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. When it turned out that the work required was not within the company's range of services, he did not try to sell any solutions just to make a buck. He also declined writing an invoice for consulting and to compensate for travel time. This was simply a professional being helpful to customers, a rare breed these days. Thank you!

I called Mr. Brickman and scheduled an appointment for someone to come and give an estimate for the work that I wanted done. Richie came at the scheduled time and provided me with a comprehensive explanation of the work that needed to be done. He was very patient and professional. Richie was meticulous in explaining all of the phases of the work involved and made sure that I fully understood the scope of the project. He gave me a written estimate which was very fair compared to the five other estimates that I had previously obtained. He gave me a date when he would be available to begin the job. On that day, he and his crew arrived on time. After once again reviewing the scope of the project he and his crew began to work. The job went great. They completed it in a timely fashion and made sure that my wife and I were totally satisfied. Upon completion, they cleaned and swept the entire work area. They removed all of their equipment and waste materials. The work was beautiful. We couldn't have been more satisfied. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
