Description of Work: Richie came to our house to give us an estimate on replacing our rear brick steps within a day or two after we called. He explained that some errors made in the riser heights would need to be addressed as part of the job, and gave us a very reasonable price. We agreed and he arrived on the agreed date about two weeks later. He and his crew worked very quickly and professionally, and had the old steps removed and the new steps (with the proper riser heights) installed in about 7 or 8 hours, all at the agreed price. The steps are beautiful and withstood the crazy winter we had without any problems. We're very happy to have hired MR. BRICKMAN; even recommended them to a co-worker who needs to have her sidewalk replaced. We would not hesitate to use MR. BRICKMAN again!

Description of Work: He did a good job putting in French drains and sump pump in basement and some cement work in front of house. Only complaint I have is with pointing repair in brick steps on stoop that came out in most places that had been repaired within a few weeks.

Description of Work: Had front drive pad redone. He had to break up the old, haul it away and then pour a new one. Fantastic job. Price was competitive and the work was done in just one day.

Description of Work: We had a crack in foundation on both sides of the house which resulted in water coming into our basement. We used Angie's list to find nearby company who can help us with it and found it Mr. Brickman company.. He came to provide an estimate soon after we called him.. Once we decided to go with him, he came with his team and fixed the needed areas.. he was with the team the entire time watching and helping. Since the fix required breaking the cement in the backyard to get to the concrete under the ground, it got very messy and dirty.. after the work was complete, the team cleaned the place and left it exactly how it was found. It has been exactly 1 year since the work and I hope I don't have to use his services again, but if I will, I definitely will call his team again.

Description of Work: MR. Brockman is a great Masonry company with very competitive prices. There work was awesome and I would use them again. Curteous, puntcual, straight to the point. There are companies that are just looking to take your money......not these guys they care about the customer and there reputation. Great prices!

The new patio required extensive grading and drainage work and had to be done in stages because of our personal family commitments. As usual (I've been a satisfied customer for many years) Richy & Vinny couldn't have more helpful or more professional in their results. I recommend them to all worthy customers. |

Description of Work: When he originally gave us a quote he said he was going to put a wire mesh in the concrete and he did not. He said it was unnecessary and it was really too late to do anything about it.

Description of Work: Redid front steps and almost all concrete on property. Richie was a pleasure to work with and was always on site. Entire staff hard working and professional. Work |completed quicker than expected. |Made sure we could get in and out of home each day and cleaned up before leaving each |evening. Steps look like they belong on a mansion.

Description of Work: I called and left a message on Saturday. I got a callback on Monday, an appointment was made for that Wednesday but noone showed up. I called again on Saturday, left a message, noone returned my call this time.
