The owner responded quickly and courteously. He gave me a flat rate to provide the services. Once completed he emailed the files and checked back to ensure that I was able download the files. He followed up on any issues I had. I feel confident I can still contact him if I have further issues! Excellent service.

Dom was able to find the source of my computer issues within minutes and fixed it remotely while I was sleeping. There was literally no inconvenience for my family. With respect to punctuality, Dom responded within minutes of my service request and set-up an appointment that was convenient to me. He understood the repair time was critical, as my computer failure was threatening a project deadline. It was a pleasure to wake up in the morning to a fully functional computer and the ability to get right back to work. I would also like to add that Dom did an excellent job explaining what the charges would be before he did the work. He also explained the root cause of the problem and the tools he would use to prevent it from happening again in the future.

I searched for a repair person on Angie's List and emailed Martelle Computers and by mid day I received an email and telephone call. He has a web site too. Dominick came by my home that night, right on time and I told him of the trouble the laptop was giving me. He told me that he charges a flat rate and took the computer with him and gave me a receipt and he told me he would call the next day with a progress report. He called the next day and advised me what was wrong and had the computer back to me working fine within three days. He gave me a 30 day guarantee too. He made payment easy too as he took my credit card and the transaction was done at my home. He was very professional and I would recommend him to anyone who needs computer service. I never had to leave my home and my laptop is in tiptop shape now What's better than that! I am glad I joined Angie's List.
