It went great! Michael called me back the same day. He was able to come to my home about 3 days later. He said he would be able to do the job that day if I agreed. His price was very fair. It was $275 for the complete job. Another company gave me a price of $250 per room regardless of the size of the area that had to be stretched. He stretched my basement carpet and tacked down the edge. It looks great. I was most impressed with my hallway. The carpet is only 3 years old and had terrible rolls that looked horrible. He smoothed it all out. I am so happy with it. He is very punctual as well. He told me he would be coming a certain time and texted me when he was on his way. I appreciate that level of professionalism. The last carpet company I called never showed up. I wasted my day waiting around and they never returned my call!

He came prepared and was very professional. I couldn’t be happier with how it looks. More importantly it’s way safer for my little one and grandfather to walk on now that it’s been repaired. 5.0 star rating This was the 2nd time I used Michael's Carpet. The first time, he stretched our bedroom carpet to get rid of ugly folds; he also repaired our basement carpet where it was separating, and installed new tackless and re-installed it along the wall. He did a perfect job. This time we needed to repair the plywood under the basement carpet again, and Mike was there the same day, to again repair the separation and re-attach to the tackless. And again, excellent work. Great service, reasonable price - I wish all small business owners provided such reliable work!! Domenick N.
