Mendola Waterproofing

Mike and his guys showed up on time and got right to it. They broke up the concrete and found the locations of the leaks. Leak 1 was bricked up and sealed with waterproof hydraulic cement then sealed again with a rubber membrane, replaced the concrete and finished with a zip drain in front of the sliding door. Leak 2 they dug down about 8 feet following a crack from the basement window sealed it with the same cement and rubber membrane as before. Put in new concrete then built up the window ledge and sealed it to prevent water from running behind it. After first hard rain no water. When finished they cleaned up all the mud and you would never know they were there, easy to deal with and stress free. This is the second time I used them the first was about 10 years ago with no problems from that repair. Thanks Mike.

The person who came out was fine and I don't have anything negative to say about him. The quote that he gave was a little lesser than the other company that I went with. I went with another service provider based on the recommendation on Angie's List and they are a bigger company with more resources.

I would recommend Mendola Waterproofing to everyone. Sal's crew arrived when promised, worked professionally, neatly, and quickly. Priced wisely. He was more then fair, the final bill was $300 below the estimate. All contractors should be like him.

Very professional, came on time, and worked very neatly. The job was loud, but he was very efficient. I would use them again.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO COME. IT WAS A GOOD CHEAP PRICE. IT WAS BETTER THAN THE OTHER TWO PRICES QUOTED. THEY STAYED IN THE BASEMENT AND DIDN'T BOTHER US AT ALL.

IT WAS ALL GOOD. THEY WERE CLEAN WORKERS. THEY WERE NEAT AND THEY WERE ON TIME FOR THE JOB. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING WITH THE PVC WATERPROOFING MATERIALS. THEY SET UP SOME KIND OF SYSTEM WHERE THE WATER WOULD COME THROUGH THE WALLS BUT THERE IS A PVC LIKE GUARD THAT CAPTURES IT AND FILTERS IT TO THE DRAIN. IT ALL WORKS REALLY WELL AND THERE IS A NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE IN THE BASEMENT NOW.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. I'VE USED THEM BEFORE IN THE PAST. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. THE PEOPLE THEY SENT DID THEIR WORK. IT WASN'T A LONG, DRAWN OUT ORDEAL. THEY COMPLETED THE WORK IN THE TIME FRAME.

IF ANYONE NEEDED WORK DONE DEALING WITH WATER IN THEIR HOMES, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY HAVE A LIFETIME GUARANTEE ON THEIR WORK.
